Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kirkwood

What a beautiful home in a great location. Can’t beat the view and Perry, the host is extremely helpful and responsive. I absolutely will be staying here again!

Beautiful home well maintained, you can tell they love it and want others to enjoy it as well. Anastasia and her husband were both available if needed and took care of any small items that came up immediately. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if planning another trip out that way ♥️

The house and location was just what we were looking for. Very comfortable feeling even though there were just two of us! Michael was the perfect host ... he dotted all of the i's and crossed all of the t's. The master bed was comfortable and the view from it was a great start of the day. The furniture was comfortable and clean though not new. Would have liked something a little more comfortable in deck furniture as it was an amazing place to wallow and take in the expansive views (lake a bit filtered but enough to fully appreciate that we could see it). We would be happy to stay again.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights and honestly, we wished we could have stayed longer! The home is absolutely beautiful—especially the deck, which offers stunning views of the lake. We spent so much time soaking in the scenery. Inside, the living room was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house itself is in a peaceful, secluded neighborhood, but still so close to everything you need in Tahoe City. This was our first summer trip to Lake Tahoe, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the views to the comfort and convenience, it was the perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

Very clean and all the sheets and towels still smelled like detergent. They had new appliances and the hot tub was on and ready to use. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

This was my 3rd time at this cabin. I’ve stayed here solo and with family. Every time I wish I’d booked a longer stay. The cabin is well off the main road so it’s very peaceful and secluded. The house is always clean and comfortable but I spend most of my time at the pond. I’ve caught small fish but last time saw a HUGE bass! Spent hours trying to catch it with no luck, but there are definitely big fish in there. I also saw other wild life including an otter. Even being secluded, the cabin is short drive to Nevada city and Grass Valley in case you want to explore. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return soon.

We had an incredible stay and highly recommend! The house and property were beautiful and serene. The house was so comfortable, well built and beautifully designed and decorated and the outdoor area was a great place to hang out as a group. We could have stayed there for a lot longer - it felt like a real home. It also had everything we needed and was spotless clean. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

Our four-night stay at Laurie’s place at the Marriott Grand Residence Club was perfect for our family. The two-bedroom residence was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable beds—ideal for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Heavenly Gondola, restaurants, and shops, making everything easily accessible without needing a car. The heated pool, hot tubs, and common laundry added extra convenience, and the friendly staff ensured a seamless stay. For families seeking comfort, space, and top-notch convenience, this is an excellent choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Our group had an incredible trip! The house was exactly like the photos (possibly even better) and slept 10 adults comfortably. The hosts were incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. It was a peaceful location up the mountain only 5 minutes from the ski lift and less than 10 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for the good times.

My wife and I grew up there, always take our kids yearly. Genoa is a staple of the sierra’s, especially the hot springs. They now have a new pool and hot tub area with BBQ’s. Can’t recommend enough, the beauty, the peace, and the fun!!! As always we’ll be back, and got any early in and late out, very flexible “if they can be”, and this trip they were🥰

This amazing property is well loved and it shows. We visited to rejuvenate in nauture and enjoyed every peaceful moment here. Will definitely be back! It also would be fantastic for a gathering. There is something for everyone here. The variety of amenities, from puzzles & to canoes, gives you the feeling you stocked the home... except it was easy to find the sizzors. Plenty of space to enjoy together but also catch a quiet moment. Also close towns with shops and groceries. Roomy and suitable for infirm with just one step but nnearby o downstairs shower.

We enjoyed the stay at Tina's place. Her house is in a quite neighborhood and very close to the sugar pine point state park. Tina provided very detailed check-in instruction and the place is well-equipped (you can even use the bikes from the shed). We had an issue with the hot water from the shower and she quickly communicated back and arranged for the fix. I recommend to stay in this place.

First off, the place was exactly as described. The location was great, about a 1000 feet above the lake, and the view was spectacular. Scenic drive to shops, the various beaches and other lake sites. The Fox & Hound restaurant is highly recommended.

My friend and I stayed overnight and we are smitten. When we arrived we found the most charming house surrounded by the peaceful sounds and sights of nature. The house may be small but it doesn’t disappoint. The kitchen has a good assortment of all the basics you will need to enjoy your meal. There is a stove top (only), microwave and toaster oven to prepare food. The living room is comfy and cozy and stocked with DVDs from the host. The bathroom has complimentary products for the standing shower if you forget yours at home. Up the spiral stairs is the bedroom and it’s a magical little haven. The bed is soft yet firm and the pillows are heavenly! There is a small balcony off of the bedroom and it’s lovely for stargazing. Let’s not forget my favorite part: the deck tub. Do not underestimate bathing under the stars listening to Pink Floyd. They even left us a bath bomb (so thoughtful) Don’t forget to wander off to the lake but pack light if you walk!

Loved our stay here and look forward to staying in the future. Brendan was very helpful and answered questions and concerns in a very timely manner. Beautiful home exactly as advertised.

Nicolas’s home is excellent — clean, spacious, and very comfortable for more than just a short stay. The terrace is great for BBQ, and the shade from the acacia tree makes it perfect for breakfast outdoors. We truly appreciated that the house is pet-friendly. We had two large dogs, and they loved the small fenced area and dog door. Please clean up after your pets if you bring them too. Upstairs has several bedrooms, one with a beautiful sky and forest view. The kitchen is well-equipped (though a few more dishes would be great), laundry is available, and internet is strong. TV works well too. The host lives next door but gives you total privacy. Nicolas was always helpful and respectful. Only two small notes: the house is close to a road (not an issue for us), and we hoped the hot tub was in a more cozy location — we didn’t end up using it. Great location: close to wineries, an apple farm, shops, and gas stations. We visited Sacramento, Sonoma, Napa ,even Lake Tahoe to San Francisco

My friends and I had a wonderful time! The cabin was beautiful, private, and had an awesome view. The house was clean and very similar to the photos provided. We enjoyed the bath tub and relaxed on the deck! Definitely recommend this place. Ryan was very responsive and friendly!
