We took over the management of the building and are now gradually renovating it through DIY to create a place where guests can stay comfortably. At night you can hear frogs and bugs, deer chirping in the distance, and birds in the mornings in the bustling mountains. There is no air conditioning because the summer night breeze can only be spent with a fan around 20 degrees Celsius. In the winter, there are days when it gets to freezing 15 degrees Celsius, and there are occasional days where diamond dust can be seen. There is a large wood stove in a shared space and an oil fan heater is provided in the room. It is a no meal stay. Feel free to cook in the shared kitchen where everyone gathers.It is fully equipped with cookware and tableware. It takes 25 minutes by bus from Kiso Fukushima Station and 3 minutes on foot from Ohara Kamikami bus stop.
