The home was beautiful and rustic. The pool area is an outdoor oasis with views of the sea and olive groves galore. Finding the home was a little tricky, but the neighborhood felt safe. There were a few restaurants within short driving distance. Nikolaos's was very kind and gave us lots of tips on nearby things to do and restaurants. I loved hearing about how the property had been in his family for many generations. You can tell he takes pride and great care for the home.

Really enjoyed our stay at Phy-Sea villa! Marianna was a great host who greeted us with a tray of fruit and cheese upon checking in and provided us with several wonderful dining and activity recommendations. The place itself is peaceful and close to Chania while feeling like you are getting away. Though there are many beaches close by, we also liked having our own pool. Looking forward to coming back!

We had an excellent stay at this Villa. Exactly as described and how it looks in the photos. Villa finished to a really high standard and lovely swimming pool. The villa is also nicely equipped & sone really nice touches from the host, Katerina, with locally grown vegetables & olive oil. Katerina went above and beyond as a host with regular cleaning & towels changes etc and was very supportive when our daughter was involved in an accident (not at the villa!) Would definitely recommend and go back 👍

Villa anasa exceeded expectations. The pictures don't do it justice, the attention to detail in the interior is impressive. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Gorgios was a gracious host and helpful in every way possible.

A Slice of Heaven in Crete. Our stay in this beautifully designed home was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by peaceful olive groves and bathed in Cretan sunshine, every moment felt serene and special. The sweet little pool was the perfect place to unwind, and the home itself was as stunning as it was comfortable. The hosts were warm, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcome. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already planning our return.

The village is incredibly picturesque, the locals were kind, and the overall hospitality was second to none. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring nearby attractions. The pool was a huge hit with our kids, and the views of the mountains and sea were stunning. What made it truly special were our hosts—Kostas and Nantia went above and beyond. They arranged a meal for our late arrival and offered fantastic local tips that made our trip even better. We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It’s located in a small village surrounded by nature. The cottage is perfectly located to explore nearby cities, the beach and plenty of hiking trails. The cottage offers spacious outdoor areas to enjoy meals. We found everything we need in the kitchen and bathroom, well equipped and thoughtfully decorated. Check-in was handled by a neighbor, everything went smoothly. We were warmly welcomed and found fresh fruit, wine and pastry on the table upon our arrival. Dimitra has been very responsive, customer focused and friendly. Communication with her was pleasant. We would have loved to stay longer and would happily come back. Thank you!

Konstantina gave us all the information we needed to reach the accommodation, which is isolated from the main urban centers, but ideal for those who want to be immersed in silence and still convenient for reaching the most famous beaches of Crete (Elafonisi, Balos, Falassarna). The accommodation is not very large, just for two people who have to stay a few days, the terrace above is shared with any guests of the apartment next door, but it is comfortably large for everyone. There is no dedicated parking space, but information is provided for parking. Recommended as a strategic and quiet point to visit the entire west coast of Crete on a road trip.

Super nice accommodation. Very nice arrival with key box. Apartment is located in the middle of all the facilities. Restaurants and shops within 5 minutes walking distance. Air conditioning in every bedroom and living room. Cozy center in Kissamos. Nice garden to sit. Highly recommendable! People in the area were very friendly. Owner responds very quickly to messages and questions.

We had a lovely stay at Nikos’ place in Rodovani. It’s well off the beaten path and we particularly enjoyed the tranquil setting in a small mountain village on the south coast. Nikos greeted us although we arrived well after midnight. There is a lovely village store right across the town square and good tavernas close by. Plenty of hiking options around and the sea only 15 min away. The house is renovated tastefully and we particularly enjoyed the big terrace overlooking the valley and mountains.

The house is very nice, quiet, a few steps from a beach with a few umbrellas already on the beach and sun loungers present in the house (maybe an umbrella to carry around would be useful). Vasilis was precious with his advice (we followed them more or less all!), he does everything to make you feel comfortable and is ready to follow the suggestions to improve (shower box absolutely to be repaired and a clothesline is needed, currently the space for laundry is really small, especially for 4) and if a problem arises, he takes action to solve it; thanks also to his dad, for being so patient and diligent in solving some small problems of the moment🙏🏽. The kitchen is comfortable, well-stocked, clean (maybe to add a microwave, but it is not essential). The bed and bath linen is clean and of a good standard... Vasilis, keep doing your best to maintain this wonderful little house that we left with a heavy heart.❤ Thank you again for everything.

The simple, modern and beautiful apartment is equipped with everything you need. We felt comfortable and were able to relax well in the quiet and private atmosphere. The sunsets and the view were wonderful. The taverns in the next village are within walking distance. A car and a purchase in a supermarket before arrival are essential, the next larger supermarket is 30 minutes away. There is a dog running around freely on the premises.

Thank you to Matthew and the team for such a lovely stay. Matthew went above and beyond for the duration of our visit, even giving us a lift to the local winery. The villa was exactly as pictured and beautifully maintained. The host welcomed us with pastries and local delicacies, which were even topped up during our stay when the villa was serviced. Whilst in a peaceful and quaint location, a car is necessary to explore the island and all it has to offer. Public transport does exist but is infrequent and not always easy to understand. Definitely worth a trip to the traditional bakery located a few minutes walk from the villa. Although we had a fantastic time in the hot tub and pool, the hot tub could definitely have been hotter. Overall all I would recommend this to everyone, and we will certainly be returning to Doro Gold Villa! Thanks again! Emma and friends

This was the best AirBnb I've ever stayed at, and it really made our trip to Crete. Maria was an A+ host. She was extremely responsive and helpful and pointed us to all of the best beaches and restaurants. The house is in immaculate condition, very clean, and very spacious, and is only 10 minutes from downtown Chania. Thank you for everything, Maria!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! The view of the sea is absolutely breathtaking — it’s the kind of place where you wake up and just want to sit outside all day soaking it in. The pool was a highlight as well: clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house itself was spotless and very well taken care of, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Michalis was a wonderful host — always quick to respond and genuinely helpful with local tips and anything we needed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway with great hospitality!

We had a glorious two weeks at Niko's place. For the first time at AirBNB it felt like we're were guests at a friends home. All of the promised essentials were provided in generous quantities - Niko's home grown fruit and veg were a particular treat and provided in such generous quantities that we couldn't eat them all. The place is simple but with all the equipment that you could need. The terrace a delight to enjoy the sun and the bathing spot a treat. Niko has landscaped a most wonderful extended garden which made the whole property just beautiful!

This is the best house we booked on Airbnb. So beautiful, super well equipped, peaceful. Great shower. Fantastic views. Theodosia was great and Michalis, the owner, received us with a big smile, raki and local products. Such a wonderful guy. It's a family run house. They also gave us a farewell gift, typical Cretan food prepared by Michalis mom. Also, a minute away from the house there is a rustic bar on top of the mountain with a view to the ocean called Petroula, named after a donkey which walks freely inside the bar! You can have an ice cold beer and watch the sunset and play with the beautiful dogs and puppies. Totally recommended with eyes closed!

A very nice place to stay. Everything was even more beautiful than in the pictures. The well-equipped kitchen, the large living room and the large terrace with the magnificent view make the stay unique. The contact with Brigitta was very pleasant. Many small details in the house show a very committed and loving hospitality. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. There is a stone beach in Sfinari. For us, the 20 minutes by car to the dream beach in Falasarna were no problem.
