Οι μόνοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι είναι το πάρκινγκ και το πλυντήριο στην αποθήκη. Το σπίτι απέχει 5' περπάτημα από την πλατεία του Κισσού και 15' από τις παραλίες του Πηλίου.
