Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kitchener

We have just arrived back home in NB after a delighful 4 day/3 night stay at Margaret and Rich's home ... it was as described and even more. Lovely home, gorgeous/private back yard, clean, well appointed and comfy too. Instructions and directions were easy to access, and meeting both of them was the added bonus. We would definitely rent there again and we would not hesitate to recommend the listing to any of our friends and family.

This is the third time we have stayed at Jeffrey's place (twice at the Little Sister and once at the Winchester). As always, everything was excellent - both places are comfortable, well furnished and stocked with everything we need. We appreciated the thoughtful extras, like filtered water and extra kleenex. The unit is in a quiet neighbourhood but close to King St. for groceries, restaurants, etc. Jeff and Sarah are excellent hosts - they're very helpful and respond quickly to any questions. Highly recommended!

Top notch and 100% what I had envisioned. My family stayed for 3 nights and it was worth the drive. The location was remote on a farm but close enough to the city as we were able to run into the city to get any items we needed. But once you entered the gate, it felt like a nice country get away. I loved every minute of my stay and would do it again in a heartbeat. There was more than enough room for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. Thank you for allowing us to host my special day. It was definitely a weekend to remember.....

Lovely stay at Dawn and Joel’s place. They were very accommodating and helpful. A very comfortable stay!

Spent a month in the airbnb while looking for an apartment. Lots of bus routes around and just a 5 minute walk to the ION rail, which is great to get around without a car. Super close to the ironhorse trail and the kitchener market, easy access to both downtown and uptown. The kitchen has a bunch of equipment for cooking which was nice for a longer stay. Kurt and Olia are both super friendly and easy to communicate with, would definitely recommend staying with them!

We had a lovely time at this home! Cozy,clean lots of room to stretch out! Close to all amenities! Neil was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had! We would definitely stay again!

This was a perfect spot for a family get together. It’s a quiet neighbourhood, but there’s tons of shopping and restaurants a short drive away. There were a few items missing, but Jen was super responsive and I’m sure all will be sorted. Cleanliness ranks an A+ and we all loved the spaciousness and zen decor. Beds were comfy, too. Weather wasn’t great for us, but there is a great outdoor area with a bbq. We would book this place again!

The unit and building were impeccable. Checkin was a breeze and flexible. Had just a wonderful night of sleep in a comfortable space. Looking forward to staying again soon.

Diana was a fabulous host. She was attentive, accommodating and invisible. The interior was super clean, great amenities, everything worked , and the perfect space for the 3 of us. Easy access and the outside was so pretty, and really felt like a holiday away. If we return to this area, this will be our go to. Thank you Diana for providing us such a great place to get together.

I enjoy staying here when I'm in town, it has a nice layout and kitchen and theres a great grocery store nearby. The front porch overlooks a very peaceful graveyard and its a nice place to relax. Theres always parking on the street and the bike trails are a hundred meters away. Its a great central location.

Estera’s place truly felt like home! The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed! Plus Estera is super responsive and caring 😊 would recommend 10/10

Mary and Mike's place was perfect for our visit to Guelph. The location is close to downtown (15 min walk) and a local park (less than 5 minutes). The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed. For the three of us (2 adults and 1 teenager) we felt it was very spacious. Everything was carefully labeled, which we appreciated; we have stayed at several places in the past where we had trouble finding things. Finally, Mary and Mike were very friendly and accommodating. Fantastic hosts. Highly recommended!

great spot for a quick trip

This hidden gem was the perfect 'home away from home' when we were in town for a wedding. It was quiet, clean and spacious. Use of the pool was an added bonus at the end of a warm day. The backyard is an oasis. There were a couple minor hiccups in that 2 items we thought were included (based on the listing) were not readily available, but Jennifer was immediately responsive and rectified the problems. Overall, a great experience!
