Quiet, relaxing space in Kits Point

We are located in beautiful Kits Point just a few blocks to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Granville Island or hop on an aqua bus to take you to the West End. A nice half hour to 45 walk from our home will take you downtown. The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk. ALTHOUGH THE SUITE DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN it has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and kettle as well as dishes and utensils. Unsuitable for children under 5.

Perfect Location! Very near beach, Parking & private suite and outdoor space Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

This apartment was in the perfect location, right by the ocean and only a 12 minute Uber to downtown! Eric left us with a workbook full of great recommendations. The property was lovely and clean and super spacious for a 1- bed. Eric responded very quickly whenever we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Eric!

We were in Vancouver for 4 nights to celebrate my niece's graduation from UBC. Kiki's condo was perfect! The location is an easy walk to fabulous shopping and restaurants in one direction and the beach and bay-side walking paths on the other. Its is also a short uber/taxi to the UBC campus. The condo itself is warm, cozy and full of character. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay, the bedrooms are large and spacious and the beds are very comfortable! We enjoyed wine and snacks on the rooftop terrace with my niece and she declared "This is AMAZING - I want to live here" :-) Kiki is proactive in sending out useful information and also very responsive, I never waited more than a few minutes to have my questions answered.

I love this apartment. The area is great, so close to the beach and nice shops and coffee shops. I felt like at home and if I come back to Vancouver I want to stay here again. Marcello was great to reach, check-in was easy, the apartment has all you need and is even nicer than on the pictures. I had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay at this AirBnb, the place is in a safe neighborhood with easy street parking. The location is also very close to restaurants. Carlo is very responsive to my questions and very helpful. The place is pristine with a lot of thoughtful amenities. The sauna and the jet tub made the price point really good. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great location for walks along the coast, public pool was still open as well a few minutes walk away. Lots of shops and services + buses ten minutes walk. Glen was easy to communicate with. Overall we enjoyed a wonderful stay in Vancouver, on our first visit.

This space is so incredible!!! Incredible cozy and clean, and the bed WAS AMAZING !!! Great sleep the entire trip! I also had to come in late, and had some late night questions and Jordan had immediate responses and help!!! 10/10!
