It’s an old house so you may hear the family above. It's very close to Kits Beach, Kits outdoor Pool & 4th Ave for shopping & restaurants. Buses to downtown (10 mins) & UBC (15 mins) are 1 block away. 1 Parking spot can be made available onsite for a fee - ask upon booking. Street parking can be found nearby.
