Apartment holiday rentals in Kitsilano Beach

This was a perfect air bnb stay. Perfect location with parks, running paths, bars, cafes and restaurants. Very safe. Parking was very helpful with car rental minutes away by foot. Spotless with plenty of coffee provided and extra towels and linens. Gym was nice to use. Very responsive host with easy check in instructions. Would highly recommend! Thanks Aneta! Would definitely stay here again.

Jason's place has a stunning view and we had a great time watching the lights come up in the city at night. We were also surprised that it was very quiet, we never heard the neighbors. As several people have mentioned, the instructions for getting inside could be clearer, particularly getting the car into and out of the garage. It was all fine in the end but better instructions would make it less stressful. We would definitely stay here again. A very special place.

Beautiful place, short walk from the beach and Kitsilano swimming pool. Plenty of room for a family of five. 24 hour bagel shop round the corner for anyone who arrives jet lagged! Sandy was very helpful and has a well equipped home perfectly set up for an airbnb.

Fantastic stay, the suite was very cosy with everything we would need ( well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, powerful shower, washing machine). In an ideal location within a peaceful neighbourhood but also very easy bus and walking routes. Would definitely stay again!

My stay at Monika’s place was great. She was always responsive, friendly and super helpful. The location was great and easily walkable to lots of different attractions and restaurants.

Jeff’s place was an awesome base for our time in Kitsilano - so close to so many things we wanted to see, and it was a really lovely place to sit and watch the rain. Everything you need is walkable, there’s close buses if needed, and the place was really quiet despite proximity to a busy road. Jeff was really helpful with local recommendations, and very responsive and quick to fix the one issue that popped up during our stay (a random occurrence and not one that’s likely to come up again). The upstairs floorboards are a bit creaky, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. But we highly recommend Jeff’s place if you’re visiting Kitsilano!

This location was perfect for our Vancouver vacation. The host provided clear, accurate instructions for parking and accessing the apartment, which made our arrival seamless. The space was just the right size for my wife and me—cozy, clean, and comfortable. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to everything nearby, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. The bedroom was very comfortable and provided a great night's rest after full days out and about. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning views from the balcony. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vancouver.

amazing host we had an incident to enter the building using the buzzer (not the host problem). and i msg ger through airbnb and respond within 2 minutes and someone opened the door for us.

Super clean place. No problem to check in and communicate. Great shower and fully stocked kitchenette. Easy to get around the city by walking or by public transportation. Nice to hear the seagulls flying by. Bonus is washer/dryer in the unit. Would definitely recommend.

Andrews was great and a great host. The loft was super nice, clean and is ideally located to explore Vancouver. It is a great starting point with its own parking and nothing was missing. Everything was really good and I hope to be able to come back sometime.

We had amazing stay at this loft apartment. We felt right at home the moment we stepped through the front door. After a long drive from the Rockies down to Vancouver, it was so nice to be welcomed with a clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. THE BED WAS SO COMFY! We were so, so happy that the last few days of our trip was in such a comfortable bed…I kind of wanted to ship it back home so I could keep it😂 but all jokes aside, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Shylo was super responsive and helpful. I was on the lookout for a face wash that isn’t sold in the UK and Shylo was quick to send me a list of shops that were all within walking distance from the apartment for me to pick it up. We really hope to come back one day.

We had a great stay at Nadia’s apartment in downtown Vancouver. Her helpful instructions made it easy to get in when we arrived tired after a long flight. Very comfortable and clean apartment with a decently equipped kitchen. Great location for exploring the city, with many things accessible on foot or easy to use public transport. A great stay. Great place to live if you are having a short trip to explore Vancouver. The place near all the iconic attractions and some you can just walking there if weather is good. Mike is a friendly host and always provides fast response !

Had a great stay at Vanessa's place! My partner and I were in town for a wedding in downtown but also wanted to explore Vancouver (for the first time). Vanessa's place was well located, the parking in the building was very secure, and the apartment itself was adorable and cozy. Would definitely stay there again!

This was our first visit to Vancouver and we wanted a place that was walkable since we decided not to rent a car. It was an easy trip from the airport via the Canada Line with only an 8 minute walk to the Airbnb. When we arrived, check in was exactly as was stated in the check-in instructions. It was warm in Vancouver during our visit so the space was a bit stuffy but the air conditioner located in the living area space quickly brought down the temperature anytime we needed it. We also appreciated the fan! The space was clean and comfortable and we always had a great night’s rest at the end of a busy day of walking. Absolutely great location and would definitely stay again! Thank you, we loved your city!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a girls weekend. The layout of the unit, the location, the decor and bathrooms were all great. Ubers were easy to get to and from the unit, and it made for a great homebase for us. My only gripe, if I had to find one was the fact that we needed to throw away our own trash at the end of our stay. The trash receptacles are all the way on the first floor behind several doors and a few long corridors, and because our flight was at 8am, we had to account for an extra 20 minutes to bring the trash down, bring our keys back up to the unit, and then head out. Otherwise, the views, location and comfort of the unit made for an excellent first visit in Vancouver.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and as described. Chao was responsive and made check-in super easy. The apartment is located in a very central place in Vancouver. Would definitely stay here again!

Sam’s place worked out well for our family. It was easy to get to, and had a few decent eateries and a grocery store within walking distance. The apartment itself had amazing views of the stadium and downtown. It was very quiet in the home, despite being in busy downtown. The space met our needs and had great natural light. It is a very urban, downtown location with all the pros and cons that come with that, but was worth the convenience for us.

Lauren and the place were great! Lauren was super communicative, helpful, and very clear. The place was super clean, comfortable, and right in the middle of everything while being super quiet and calm.

Excellent place to stay in Vancouver! Fernando gave really clear instructions and photo references for accessing the space and parking. We travelled with a toddler and two infants, and we couldn’t be happier with the space available to us, with plenty of amenities available. Fernando also left a high chair for us, which was a nice surprise. For any questions I had, Fernando was responsive and gave answers with great detail. The condo sits right next to a Sky Train station for convenience. We primarily drove with a rental car, most places of interest were within a 20-30min drive including traffic. YVR was about a 45min drive with rush hour traffic. There are lots of restaurant options available, just on the street around the condo, along with Gastown and Yaletown about a 15min walk away. Would highly recommend this stay for small families, couples or singles, especially if you like to be near what’s happening around the city.

Alexs place was amazing, great location and even better than the pictures. His communication was OUTSTANDING, I think this might have been the best airbnb host I've encountered and I've used air bnb and vrbo alot. HIGHLY recommend this spot for Vancouver, so walkable and great amenities, we took the kids to the pool and hottub after a day of sightseeing!

Liping was super accommodating for an early flight arrival and allowed an earlier check in. She is friendly and helpful. The apt is comfortable with cute decorations and finishing touches. There is a supermarket, train station and Chinatown within easy walking distance. A pleasant and safe place to stay while in Vancouver.
