The property is new, a 2024 newcomer. The location of the plot is 20-30 km from the village centers on the shore of Lake Äkäsjärvi in the middle of the Ylläs, Pallas, Olos and Levi fells. This unique place has a modern style all its own. The color scheme is calm, the textiles are made of natural materials and all the items are new. Despite its small size, the 30m2 cottage has everything you need: Wi-Fi, fireplace, electric sauna, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette; hair dryer, ironing equipment; hiking boots and snowshoes for two.

Joikun Lumo by Hi Ylläs

This luxury villa which has been completed in the fall of 2024, offers a modern open kitchen and spacious living areas where the amazing room height and large windows bring you close to nature. Downstairs there are also bath and sauna facilities. Upstairs are the villa's 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a toilet. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers its own peace, and a direct connection to the bathroom through the utility room. In total, the villa comfortably accommodates eight people.

Cottage under the Northern Lights

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax in the midst of pure nature. The cottage is located in a small village in the middle of the Lapland wilderness. Here you can do skiing, snowshoeing, and fishing. In addition, we organize snowmobile tours as desired. The cottage is about 75km to the city of Rovaniemi. Ice fishing tour 40€ person, 1-2h. Sausage baking at the campfire 40€ person. Northern lights tour €60 person. Snowmobile safari 90€ per person 2h. You can book by message.

Luxurious Villa Kinos with Jacuzzi

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Kinos.

A unique place right by the lake, sheltered behind a ridge. Enjoy Lapland’s pure nature year-round: climb to Lijankivaara to watch the sunset, admire the Northern Lights from Lake Leppäjärvi, row on the lake in the midnight sun. Nearby, you can engage in activities like cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, husky sledding, and reindeer farm visits. Services are just a fifteen-minute drive away in Hetta. Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Traditional Lapland Cabin

hand built round log traditional lapland cabin by the lake with magical forests, animals, and activities. half way between rovaniemi and levi. beautifully simple and with everything you need, one of us must meet you on the other side of the lake when you arrive and take you to cabin on snow mobile or by boat (depending on time of year). we have a hand built separate sauna and a wood fired hot tub on site, (hot tub charges apply) plus lake side fire pit and of course log fire in cabin.

Aurora Ounas cottage 1 by river

This lovely place is around 10-15 min far away from Levi by car and less than an hour there is beautiful Pallas-Ylläs national park. Authentic, hand carved log cabin and traditional lakeside sauna in the untamed wilderness of Lapland. Experience in the enchanting beauty of Arctic: Northen Lights and the magical time called Polar Night or bewildering midnight sun. Scenic, wellmaintained road, 60 km to Kittilä airport, 45 to popular ski resort Levi (or pickup). Nearby the enchanting fell Pulju to discover (snowshoes available). In winter a true wonderland of snow, in summer a spot on destination for nature lovers.

This cozy minihome was built in November 2024 and is set in the peaceful nature of Lapland, just a 30-minute drive from Levi and about 1 km from Lake Jerisjärvi. It features a fireplace, AC, underfloor heating, fast WiFi (100mb/s), a shower and a freezer toilet. Comfortably sleeps 2 adults on a sofa bed. Shared amenities include a lean-to shelter with fireplace, a rowing boat on Lake Jerisjärvi, maintained ski and snowshoe trails in winter, and a sledding hill with free sleds.
