The cozily furnished and very well-equipped apartment is recommended without hesitation. Particularly noteworthy is the central location for city and mountain excursions, the parking space in the underground garage as well as the spacious balcony with a mountain view. The host Beatrix is very accommodating, proactive and in our case also very flexible with check-in/-out. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice accommodation, extremely central but still a little away from the hustle and bustle. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with open fireplace. Kitchen top furnished. No wishes left unfulfilled. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Great!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Valentina’s beautiful bio farm. It was the perfect place for a peaceful escape, and we really enjoyed every moment as a small family. My wife, baby girl, and I felt right at home – the setting was serene, the surroundings were stunning, and everything was thoughtfully prepared. Thank you so much, Valentina, for being such a kind and welcoming host. We hope to return again someday!

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. The location is fantastically beautiful in the mountains and in nature, so it is also very quiet. Of course, you need a car to go shopping, for example, but the shops are not far away. The apartment itself is extremely clean and beautifully furnished with particularly beautiful wooden furniture, you feel really comfortable. In addition, both the kitchen and the bathroom are equipped with everything you need, and everything is of high quality. The hostess was very easy to reach and really friendly and we even got a welcome and farewell gift, so we immediately felt very welcome and were really very happy. The area is particularly great for families, there is a great national park museum, a wildlife park and many hiking trails of all difficulty levels. All in all, we highly recommend the apartment!

It was our second time in the apartment and we didn’t regret the choice. The apartment is very well located, close to public transport but peaceful and private at the same time. We love the large balcony with great view! Martina is a very kind and thoughtful host. Would definitely come back again!

Everything was as expected

The apartment is very nice with great sleek design, clean, and prepared like if you would go to an hotel. It is just a few kms away from Zell am See or Kaprun ski resort.

I stayed 4 nights at Karin's with my 18yr old son. The apartment was perfect for us - a large bedroom with double bed for me and a large comfy sofa bed in the sitting room for my son (6foot tall). Views from both rooms and the kitchen are over the beautiful mountains and we could watch the night skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed to self-cater, the Spar supermarket is a 10min walk. It's a 5 min walk down the lane and over the road to the lift ticket office and Karin's ski school and ski hire shop is across from there - where we could leave our kit overnight - which was great. We highly recommend Karin's place to stay for a ski trip to Saalbach-Hinterglemm and I'm sure it would be perfect for a summer holiday as well for mountain biking and hiking.

Florian is a very nice and respected host he gave us a clear instructions of the apartment, the apartment is as described has alot of privacy.

We were greeted very nicely by Maria upon arrival. It's all been explained. In the house live the hostess and her parents on the first floor. On the second floor there are two apartments. These are easily accessible via the very large staircase. Parking is right by the front door. There is a ski room and a well-functioning ski boot dryer. We had warm, dry ski boots every morning, which is no longer a given. We were delighted to be welcomed by Lea(?), the very dear Australian Shepherd dog who always wanted to be petted. Next time we will bring our dog. The apartment was very clean and cozy. It had everything you needed. Sheets and plenty of towels were super clean. The large walk-in shower was one of the highlights. Very convenient: there is a second bathroom, so you felt at home. The kitchen was also very clean and equipped with everything

We loved the place😊. We had a beautiful view😊. And the common room where there were board games, chess,billiards, and ping pong....it was absolutely great😊...

Markus was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home. He left treats for our dog and made her feel welcome too 😊 the apartment was very well located, clean and cozy. I’d come here again!

Great place for 4 of us ski in ski out which is limited in the area . Place was clean and with everything required for a stay at an affordable price

I stayed here w my family (3 young kids) and it was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, with trains and buses to get to nearby mountains (and w one within walking distance). It was also quiet and comfortable. I loved having the bakery below and sending the kids down to get cinnamon rolls and my morning cappuccino. Would definitely go back to the alps to ski and stay in the same spot!

Very nice place that had everything you could want. Spacious, functional, cozy, neat, and clean. We used the home as a home for skiing holidays, but I also think it could be a nice place to stay in the summer. Highly recommend!

The apartment was beautiful and really clean. We all felt right at home. The furnishings of the apartment are also remarkable, from games, shower gel to separate blankets, everything was there.

Absolutely beautiful flat in a very special location. Quick easy drive to gondola for access to slopes. The kitchen was very well stocked for meal prep. Very well appointed and luxurious.

The place corresponded exactly to the listing, it was clean and everything was there. I would definitely book the place again for a trip to Saalbach.
