House holiday rentals in Kitzbühel District

We were there with the whole family and had a nice winter vacation there. The house was very cozy and versatile.

We (2 families) felt very comfortable. The homeowner lives in a self-contained apartment in the basement. He was super helpful and friendly and very eager to give us a nice and pleasant stay. The house is huge and the garden is wonderful. Our kids loved the pool and whirlpool. The view is great!!!! In our opinion, it makes sense to have a car on site. Our excursion destinations (Hexenwasser, Elmis Zauberwelt, and many more) are easy to reach within 20 minutes by car. We had a great time and can only recommend the place. We will be happy to come back sometime.

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

We had the best time! The house is a dream, beautiful old touch but very modern and has everything one could wish for. we went on a hike in the mountains, did Pilates every morning on the deck with direct view on the mountains, enjoyed the hangout area in the sun and the pool, and Mark even made sure to bring more gas so we could Barbecue.

We were on site with a group of 10 friends for an extended hiking weekend and it couldn't have been better! The house was great and offered plenty of opportunities to be together, to cook together, but also to retreat in the sauna or in one of the cozy rooms. In addition, we were allowed to bring our three dogs, which was very nice. All organization was friendly and uncomplicated and made the stay extremely pleasant. Highly recommended!

Very nice house with 4 bedrooms (1 with single beds). Everything is new and sparkling clean. Friendly host! Downtown Kirchberg yet quiet and close to the slopes.

Beautiful accommodation. We were there with 6 adults, a child and a dog and had plenty of space. Beautiful quiet area and super friendly people. The accommodation is as described and the photos show.

We felt very comfortable with Andrea and Gottfried. The house has everything you need, the location was perfect for us to drive from there to several ski resorts. Communication was straightforward, you got a quick response and even one or two special requests were no problem. We were completely satisfied and can highly recommend the accommodation.

Very nice and well located AirBNB. Clean and top location - ideal for skiing! Due to the transparency and being fair to the tenants, however, you would also have to attach a picture of one of the four rooms in the Airbnb, in which there are 4 "beds" on almost 4 square meters, so you can hardly stand in the room. Only pictures of the "large" rooms with double bed unfortunately convey a wrong picture! All in all still a mega - airbnb!

we had a great stay with Roland and Yvonne. Everything is very clean and equipped with every comfort. Village is within walking distance with versatile and affordable restaurants. The small playground loved our little one of 2. Contact with the host was very easy and good. We'll be back again.

A wonderful stay in a very pleasant apartment. All the comforts you need! Elfi is a very good hostess. We were pleasantly surprised that the coffee was ready and that we found a cozy basket in front of the door halfway through our stay. Communication was smooth and cozy. For us a good base for a few beautiful ski resorts! If that's convenient, we'll definitely be back!

Sandra is a great host and the place was just perfect for us. We were travelling with8 adults and 2 babies and the house provided 2 high chairs and lots of toys and play space. The small climbing frame with lots of swings for all ages and the big green garden was just great. Everything else was perfect as well (grill, sauna, kitchen well-equipped). Sandra is a super friendly and responsive communicator. We all felt very at home and can only recommend the place!

Excellent house with all amenities. House is in quiet neighborhood and there is plenty to do nearby. Both activities and restaurants.

We were 12 men and got really great with the location! Check in, stay and check out worked great. The house is fantastic and highly recommended.

Great host, wonderful unit, and amazing location!

We LOVED our stay here! The house was perfect for our large group, and Nadine was even flexible with opening up an extra room on the ground floor for my handicapped MIL so she wouldn't have to climb the stairs. There were several great restaurants within walking distance and the gondola was also within walking distance. The house had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were very comfortable, and the little outside garden and seating area was so lovely and a very nice little retreat to enjoy the weather. Our only complaint was that we paid a refundable 200 euro cash breakage deposit when we arrived, but were only refunded 125 due to a tax that was not communicated to us prior. Otherwise, we highly highly recommend this home, would absolutely return, and even sent the listing to our friends who live locally to recommend to any of their visitors.

The place was awesome... big house, super clean, beautiful furniture and exclusive. totally nice landlords, helpful, present with questions. Also great for our dog, as the forest was just a minute's walk away. Also great for our toddlers, we got a crib, high chair and even a Bobby Car and toys in the house. Rosa Maria even offered us a stroller! A great, huge ski resort (Hopfgarten and Söll) was only 15 minutes away by car. The baker was a 10-minute walk away. Thanks for everything, it was a wonderful place to stay!

Great spacious house where we felt right at home. Beautiful tiled stove, kitchen and living room large enough for our group of 8. Lovely quiet location at 1000 m altitude with great views of the mountains. Very good and fast communication with the landlords Melanie and Christian. Highly recommended.
