The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

The bus stop and direct access to the Skijuwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau gondola lift by bus/car is max. 3 minutes away. Sustainable gentle winter tourism but also pure ski action. Strap on your touring skis directly from the hut and climb the peaks in the Kitzbühel Alps.

For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our chalet is located in a quiet, idyllic, sunny location in Kirchberg. From the center about 6 minutes driving time. The rustic yet cozy "cottage" has one bedroom, another bedroom is located on the gallery, as well as a room on the lowest floor, ski room, storage room for sports equipment. Covered garages are provided. A terrace with sunbathing area and a magnificent view over all the mountains makes some hearts beat faster.

Brunecker Hof. Cozy double room

Double room in 250-year-old original Tyrolean farm. Wonderfully sunny and central location but still surrounded by nature. A 3,000 sqm garden invites you to sunbathe, play and barbecue in summer. Double room with toilet and shower, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In the double room, there is a small fridge, coffee maker, a kettle, microwave, glasses, cups and flatware as a small starting aid for the day.

Boarbauer Rettenstein

Our newly renovated apartment Rettenstein is on the 2nd floor. It has bright rooms that are divided into: 2 bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower and sink and toilet and an extra toilet. The apartment is rounded off with a small balcony with a direct view of the Rettenstein. In the garden, there is a playground for the children as well as a seating area.
