The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3-minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake, which you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house has two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

Relax in this cozy and peaceful Bed and Breakfast apartment with space for fun both indoors and outdoors. You have entrance from the garden side, private living room with a small French country kitchen, private bathroom and toilet as well as a bedroom with a good 140 cm wide bed. You are very welcome to use the garden, where there is the possibility of both entertainment and relaxation. There are several cozy corners with garden furniture that you are very welcome to use, just as there is a fireplace and barbecue. If you come in an electric car, you can charge it with us.

In our lovely large basement apartment of about 90 m2, you get just a little extra for your money. There is a large, luxurious bathroom with a wellness shower. I've made the beds, and the towels are ready. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Bedroom, entrance, large living room, and a room with two beds. The apartment has marble floors and underfloor heating and is located in the basement of the house. It is only 100 meters to Rema, 500 meters to the center of Ikast and 10 minutes by car to Herning.

Forest cabin in scenic surroundings. Located on a 5200 m2 private property. In the immediate area there is access to Karup River and Nature National Park Kompedal Plantage. In the cottage there is a kitchen-living room, wood stove, bathroom, bedroom with a short double bed (NOTE the bed is short W: 140 x L: 180 cm) and loft with 2 beds (180 x 200). There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1st floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" cosiness with a large screen, a game of foosball or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and peaceful side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s and was originally an old stable, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg, and Skanderborg. The sky is high here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cat, chickens, and roosters are also very curious. We look forward to welcoming you 🤗

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in the middle of nature, a small cozy village close to Hinge Lake and Serup Forest, but only 5 km from the Herning/Århus highway. It is 6 km to Kjellerup, 10 km to Silkeborg, 26 km to Viborg. A small cozy house that was newly renovated in 2024 with a large lawn and good parking facilities and very quiet and beautiful surroundings. 70 m2 true summerhouse vibe, 50 m2 wooden terrace with afternoon and evening sun. Sleeps 4-6 in 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed and 2 3/4 beds. Fits really well for 4 people, but 6 can be squeezed in if you are a little close. There are bed linens and towels. Full kitchen, dishwasher, Wifi, Smart TV, wood burning stove. Washer/dryer. Quiet quarter. Access to boat bridge at Sunds lake just opposite by the turning area. 5 min to supermarket. 15 min to Herning.

Cozy annex appartment in the countryside

Welcome to our cozy one room apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a separate annex in connection with our house (we have two Airbnb apartments in the same annex). So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex. The annex is heated and has hot water.
