The idyll in Örsnäs

Fantastic small house in the middle of Skånska wilderness in Örsnäs by Lake Immeln. Private location with lake property and own dock. Completely renovated in 2025. 4 bedrooms, a total of 6 beds. There are also two sofa beds as extra beds in the single rooms. Balcony in masterbedroom. Full equipped kitchen. Wood-burning stove. Patio with barbecue and cozy fireplace. Wood fired hot tub where you can swim overlooking the lake. A rowing boat and a canoe including life vests are included. Kayaks are available to rent for an additional fee. Electric charger for car is available against fee.

The lake house - our gem!

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Cabin with its own dock

Accommodation on the shore of Skåne's largest lake, Ivösjön. The open living room, together with the terrace, offers fantastic views. The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker and oven. The cottage has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with room for two people. On the terrace facing west towards the lake, there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Possibility to rent a rowboat with motor 20 euros/day and kayak 20 euros/day. Possibility of fishing, with a fishing license. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Private guest house on horse farm

Guest house in the countryside. Located in a separate building on our property. The apartment has one (bed) room/kitchen, furnished hall and bathroom and is 35 sqm. Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for a starting point to both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla has nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Lake Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km, an old town center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are home!

Welcome to Ulvasjömåla At the end of a winding forest road, in northern Blekinge, lies this little paradise. The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

It is located in a large residential garden. Sleeping loft with double bed and a sofa bed for two on the lower floor. Fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi and Smart TV included. Newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. High chair available, play-friendly garden. Possibility to rent bed linen/towels. Do the cleaning yourself or purchase final cleaning.

Apartment from 2020 in a rural setting.

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Wonderful cottage in fantastic nature by the lake Halen

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, just relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cabin is located all by itself on a headland. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed. Electricity is available and all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, stove and contemporary decor. No running water, but water is available in a can. Drain is in the kitchen. There is a chemical toilet but no shower.
