Welcome to a charming and peaceful stay right by the beautiful marsh trail. The house is located almost on the embankment overlooking Vidåen and offers a unique close contact with the unique nature and bird life of the Tønder marsh. Enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee by the water, go hiking along the marsh trail or experience the spectacular natural experiences such as the black sun right outside the door. The house is the perfect starting point for exploring the nature and cultural heritage of southwestern Jutland.

You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. The home: Ground floor contains a small kitchen, hallway with stairs to 1st floor, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, dining room, and TV room. TV with the option to cast. 1st floor, small toilet, two bedrooms with double beds. You bring your own bed linen and towels.

Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret til morgenmad og lette måltider, badeværelset har bruseniche, og parkering ved ejendommen.

Here you can relax and start excursions to the surrounding area. The house is situated in an idyllic location on the marsh hiking trail. The apartment is located in a half of the house that is separately accessible for guests. It offers a lounge area, a reading corner, a kitchen, 3 double rooms and 3 bathrooms. The hosts live in the other half of the house. In the guest garden you can relax or let off steam on the trampoline. An additional room in the passage area has been added.

Halmhuset - The Straw House

Our thatched house is probably the only "Halmhuset" that is rented as a vacation home in Denmark. It is breathable, made of clay and straw, and is sustainably supplied by heat pump and photovoltaics. In summer, the thick walls provide pleasant coolness, in winter it is cozy and warm, with a room height of up to 4 meters. A real feel-good place for up to 8 people, located at the gates of the city of Tønder, close to the Wadden Sea National Park and the islands of Sylt and Rømø.

Built in 2023, the 2-bedroom apartment sleeps 4 people. The high-quality bathroom, a private sauna and two covered terraces invite you to relax. The living room looks wide and bright due to the high ceiling and rustic roof beams. The modern, comfortable furnishings include a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi and a washing machine are provided. Highlights: CO2-neutral house with its own windmill and charging station for electric cars.

Welcome to the farm Norderhesbüll farm! My guest room with kitchenette and private bathroom offers peace and an unobstructed view over the North Frisian Marschland. The courtyard is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding islands and Halligen, the Charlottenhof and the Nolde Museum. It is only 8 km to the Danish border. The cottage is located very close to the forest, so nature feels like part of the house – you can hear the wind in the treetops, smell the scent of the forest floor and wake up to birdsong. It's a place where you automatically slow down, where presence occurs naturally, and where both children and adults can breathe all the way down into the belly. Here there is room for play, for walks in nature, for quiet mornings and long evenings.

The apartment is centrally located right next to the Treenetal nature reserve and centrally between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. It's just a short hop to Flensburg, Schleswig or across the border to Denmark. It can accommodate 2 people and is fully equipped. The beachcomber invites you to a relaxing time in the Rickelsbüller Koog. In the middle of the North Frisian Marsch is our farm Deichkind. A wonderful bird world, surrounded by sheep and cows in the pastures, is right on your doorstep. Various sounds of nature let you forget everything else around you and just listen. Welcome to our cozy apartment Strandläufer, with an indescribable view of the vastness of the marsh landscape.
