Enjoy watching the sea and the weather change shape. Here you are sitting on the first floor and can enjoy watching the beautiful sailboats pass in the fairway through Havstenssund. The house has the best location on Sönneberget and with a large pool on the property and 100 meters to the sea, you can always take a cooling dip. In Havstenssund, you get a genuine and relaxing experience of Bohuslän.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

We rent out our guest house next to our villa. With its own private sun terrace, entrance, private parking and barbecue area. Poor transportation, you should have a car. The cottage is in a quiet area with a 250-meter walk to a nice sandy beach and beautiful cliffs. The path is steep, difficult to push a stroller down Here you can sunbathe, swim and fish while the children fish for crabs. Nice hiking areas with bike paths and forest trails. The area offers beautiful nature with many opportunities for relaxation.

You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Slapp av i vår koselige hytte på Raftötången mellom Grebbestad og Resö. Et fint sted om du vil utforske denne delen av Sverige og besøke Kosterøyene. 10 minutter å gå til sjøen og strender. Bad fra brygge, strand eller berg. Raftötången er et fint område for aktive eller avslappende dager året rundt. I området er det mange stier og veier i skogen og langs sjøen. Skjermet uteplass og hage å leke i. I uke 26 mangler trapp til hagen fra terrassen. Alternativ trapp finns.
