(8-16 personen) Dit vrijstaande Herenhuis uit 1935 bevindt zich midden in het centrum van Emmen op slechts enkele minuten lopen van uitgaan, station, bos, Wildlands en het Rensenpark. Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. Je huurt de gehele bovenwoning en deel van de onderwoning met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. De minimale boeking is 8 personen 2 nachten. Ben je met minder? Stuur dan eerst een bericht voordat je boekt. Eindschoonmaak tegen meerprijs indien gewenst

De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust

Space in a beautiful location under a thatched roof, equipped with all the luxuries. Come and stay with us in the front of the farm. We rent out two bedrooms equipped with new box spring beds. In addition to the new bathroom, you will find a lovely sauna. The rooms and living space (>60m2) have separately adjustable air conditioners. Cot and chair on request. You can prepare your own breakfast in the kitchen. Recently, all beds have been replaced, bathroom renovated and garden renovated.

My vacation home is located in the county of Bentheim between canal, meadows and forest on the edge of a small village in the immediate vicinity of the Dutch border. The Lower County is known for well-developed bike paths: Along canals, rivers, moorlands and small villages, our border region can best be discovered by bike. Op een van de stilste plekken in Nederland bevindt zich ons volledig heringerichte bakhuis. Wandel vanaf het erf de eindeloze Duitse bossen in of verken de omgeving op de fiets. Mooie plaatsjes zoals Ootmarsum, Hardenberg en Gramsbergen bevinden zich dichtbij, maar ook over de grens is er genoeg te zien. Een luxe ontbijt is beschikbaar op aanvraag voor €20,- per persoon.
