Welcome to the "Waldhaus an der Wiese" in Uelsen. Our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow is located on a 1000 m² sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birches, pines and oaks. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning, when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit with a coffee in the conservatory – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly peace in a natural environment.

Hospitable enjoyment (new bathroom and box springs)

Ruimte op prachtige locatie onder een rieten dak, voorzien van alle luxe. Kom bij ons voorin de boerderij heerlijk overnachten. We verhuren twee slaapkamers voorzien van boxspring bedden. Verder treft u naast de badkamer een heerlijke sauna aan. De kamers en woonruimte (>60m2) zijn voorzien van airco’s. Tegen betaling is een vijfde bed, kinderbed of kinderstoel beschikbaar. Ontbijt kunt u zelf bereiden in de keuken. Recent zijn alle bedden vervangen, badkamer vernieuwd en tuin gerenoveerd.

The apartment is located between monumental thatched farms in old Valthe, a small village on the Hondsrug, Around Valthe, there are forests, fields, heaths, country roads, fens, burial mounds and megalithic tombs. Many cycling and hiking routes run through Valthe that give access to a widespread network through Drenthe and surrounding provinces. 1 child up to 4 years old can stay in the parents' room.
