Sie verfügt über einen Wohnbereich mit Schlafcouch, 32" Smart-TV, Bad mit Dusche, WC und eine Pantry-Küche mit Extras, wo man gut Frühstück-und kleine Speisen zubereiten kann, und ein Essbereich. Im Schlafraum befindet sich ein Bett 140X200X75cm. Ein PKW-Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Internet bzw. W-Lan, bedarf einer gesonderten Vereinbarung die im Apartment ausliegt. Fewo Mila & Frank is a 40m² apartment that is suitable for couples, individuals and business travelers. The apartment offers enough space for 2 adults with child (4-12 years), with extra bed also 3 adults. The flat is close to Bad Segeberg, where the annual Karl May Festival and various Schlager and music festivals take place. You can reach Bad Segeberg and Bad Oldesloe in approx. 10 min. Hamburg, the Baltic Sea and the Holsteinische Schweiz in approx. 45 min. the North Sea in approx. 60 min.

Welcome to our cozy apartment on Lake Nehmser. The renovated apartment is located in the annex of our family house and has been lovingly modernized. In the light-flooded living-sleeping area, a double bed (140 × 200) awaits you, which can be reached via a staircase into the attic (see photo). A maximum of one child can stay downstairs in the living-dining area on the sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen and a shower room are provided, as well as a charging station for your electric car.

The sunny terrace invites you to relax. The large garden offers plenty of exercise opportunities.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway and enjoy the unique view! You look down on Lake Höft, Lake Diek, Lake Behler, Lake Langensee and Lake Edebergsee. There is a swimming area in the immediate vicinity, beautiful walking and cycling trails. The piers of the 5-lake tour and the Plön Lake tour are practically at your doorstep. Bikes can be securely locked in the basement. The penthouse floor can only be reached by residents with a chip via the elevator.

Bargteheide train station is 5 km away.

The spacious 3-room apartment, which is located in the rear courtyard of Villa Hoffnung, can accommodate up to six people.
