For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Er verfügt über eine Kochnische, Duschbad, Heizung und Klimaanlage in moderner Einrichtung. Der Wohnraum wird sehr gut beheizt. Das Bad verfügt über eine Infrarotheizung. In wenigen Gehminuten erreichen Sie die Haltestellen der ÖVP nach Potsdam und Berlin. Keine Partys oder Feiern!

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
