Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Very pleasant stay at Petra's place. The accommodation was very well equipped and very clean. Neighborhood always very quiet, no problem for parking in front of the accommodation. The instructions for entering the accommodation as well as the rules to be followed were very clear, communication with Petra was always quick and efficient. Really no complaints. Recommended!

A very nice and cozy little cottage. The premises are clearly visible in the photos, but unfortunately they are not entirely up to date. Equipment/inventory is all on site, we didn't miss anything! If you want a natural retreat without neighbors and in complete tranquility - you are in the right place! All around, we felt comfortable for a long weekend. You shouldn't bring a fear of spiders/small animals - but the house is also located in the middle of the forest, so that's inevitable.
