Our blue vacation apartment, featuring a combined kitchen-living room, bedroom, and modern bathroom, invites you to unwind and make yourself comfortable. The apartment offers a comfortable box-spring bed for 2 people and a high-quality sofa bed for 2 more people. As soon as the weather allows it, there will be seating available in front of the apartment. If you want to work, a fiber-optic internet connection provides good conditions. Right next door, in the green vacation apartment, there is also space for 2–4 people.

In Schweinrich, on Lake Dranser, which is closed to motorboats, lies the romantic vacation home “Landlust,” featuring an idyllic, large garden and located 100 meters from the swimming area. Boathouse with private dock. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghy (sailing skills required) can be rented. The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havel region. On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.

Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

The house has an approx. 800 sqm garden that invites you to relax.
