Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Klintemåla is a small village by the sea in Misterhult's archipelago. The house is secluded but within walking distance to the sea and village. The house is a log cabin that our father built in the early 2000s. There is a large terrace with barbecue facilities as well as a large plot of land with the forest next door. In the village, a short walk of about 300 meters, there is a summer café and swimming area. In the house, there is a double bed in its own bedroom, two single beds in the loft (see pictures) and two travel beds.

In the middle of the forest's stillness, in a place with roots from the end of the 19th century, our cottage awaits. Here you live secluded but only 5 minutes from the city's pulse. The sleeping cabin has a comfortable double bed. In the house 15 meters away there is a sauna, living room, small kitchen, shower and toilet – everything for quiet moments after the day's adventures. Just a few minutes from central Västervik is the Gränsö Nature Reserve – a coastal peninsula where nature truly thrives. In a quiet area, we rent out our guesthouse – with a partial view of the water and nature as our closest neighbor. Here, you wake up to the sparkling sea and the sound of birds singing, and fall asleep to the tranquility of the forest. There are several swimming areas, and the nearest one is located about 150 meters from the guesthouse. You can access hiking trails right around the corner from the house.

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Through a winding forest road, you will finally reach the destination, with the sea as your closest neighbor. As soon as you turn off the engine of the car and walk out the car door, you will encounter the wonderful nature, the sea and the silence that only such a place can provide. Here you live comfortably and nicely in a newly-renovated one-story house of 170 square meters with various amenities and with an outstanding view of the archipelago around Figeholm. Newly-built cottage in Figeholm with sea view and access to a small bathing jetty. The house has one bedroom with two beds, a loft with a 140 cm mattress, a fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room combined with a kitchenette & dining area. In the cabin there is a smart TV and Wi-Fi, a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, charcoal grill, etc., everything to be able to stay for a long time. Towels and bed linen are not included. No pets and no smoking indoors. Welcome!

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

It is part of an old Swedish farmhouse on a 10 hectare property located between the lakes Rummelsrum and Hyttegöl. Get to know the rich fauna and flora directly from the terrace or during long walks in the area. After a dip in the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the attractively lit terrace.
