Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

In einer ruhigen Lage in der Natur liegt der Rautnerhof. Der Hof wird mit Passion gepflegt, Tiere und Natur stehen im Mittelpunkt. Außerdem bietet die Lage ein optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Teich am Hof eine optimale Abkühlung im Sommer oder Platz zum Eishockey-spielen im Winter und der Stall und die Gehege eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit den Tieren etwas näher zu kommen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für maximal 6 Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Lovely flat surrounded by greenery, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath/shower (no bidet), living room, fully equipped kitchen. Large garden with panoramic view of the Dolomites. Private entrance, parking, WiFi, TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Space for skis or bikes. The flat is located in a very quiet and sunny area, 10 minutes by car from the village centre and the ski lifts. Ritten Card included in the price!

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Aschnerhof Wooden Heart

The holiday apartment "Aschnerhof Holzherz" in Renon is a great option for a getaway with a mountain view. The 38 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 3 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, a dishwasher and a selection of children's books and toys.

Farmhouse Apartment 3, Renon

Spacious and cozy studio, with double bed and sofa bed in the living area, completely renovated. Ideal for 2, it comfortably accommodates 3. Obtained from the old stable, it combines the charm of the old with the most modern comforts. Private patio at the entrance of the apartment that directly overlooks the farmyard. Dogs are welcome, their stay is subject to a supplement of €15.00 per night, to be paid upon departure.

Rotwandterhof apartment Bienenstock

With a view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Rotwandterhof Bienenstock" in Lengstein (Longostango) is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
