Det tar kun 10 minutter med bil til flyplassen og 35 minutter til Oslo sentrum. Det er ca. 500 meter å gå til togstasjon, buss og storsenter. Leiligheten er ny i mai 2026, så den har en veldig bra Flexit klimaanlegg som gir behagelig inneklima.
