Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is decorated with love and in great detail. Everything you need is available. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The tiny house is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with lots of privacy. The tranquility and space in this cute cottage feels like a real experience, a place to dream away!

NEW in Groningen! After a year and a half of loving, bold renovations, we’re finally opening the doors this September. This colorful & chic 80 m² apartment is filled with vintage treasures, high ceilings, original details, a large kitchen island, and beautiful stained glass doors. You’ll be staying in a charming historic townhouse in the lively Schildersbuurt neighborhood, just a short walk from Groningen’s city center, great restaurants, and the Noorderplantsoen park right around the corner.

Chalet de Zeemeeuw

From the chalet de Zeemeeuw, you have a view of the seawall and the countryside. Over a farm path it is 1.5 km to the dike, there are the salt marshes and under the guidance of a guide you can walk on the mudflats. Groningen is half an hour's drive away. The chalet is next to our arable farm just outside Pieterburen. PEACE, SPACE and VIEWS are the keywords. Kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. A terrace with furniture and a parasol. Possibly a washing machine to use.

In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Cottage in Pieterburen

A good and quiet place in Pieterburen, within walking distance of the "center" and the ideal place to mudflat walk from here, start or cycle the Pieterpad. It is a detached cottage with a bedroom, toilet, bathroom and a living room. The bedroom has one double bed with storage for your luggage and clothes. The living room still offers the possibility to turn the large sofa into a sofa bed for two extra sleeping places. Parking is free, easily accessible by public transport.

Relax in our cottage on the coast. Use all your senses in the discovery of "our" Wadden Sea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here you can enjoy hiking, biking and bird watching. For day trips, you can be in Leeuwarden, Groningen or on Schiermonnikoog or Ameland within an hour. Have you ever been to the beautiful Dokkum? It is only 12 km away. This beautiful cottage is equipped with everything so you can fully enjoy all that beautiful Groningen has to offer! After our driveway of about 800m, you are assured of fresh air. The Tiny House is one of two Tiny Houses on our property at the end of a dead-end road. Be welcome!

The Waddenland has a lot to offer, and you can reach the boat to Schiermonnikoog in fifteen minutes. The city of Groningen itself can also be reached within half an hour.

The cozy apartment is on the ground floor of the old town hall of Eenrum. It is a fully furnished apartment, with a spacious and bright living room, a beautiful kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and suite and a separate toilet. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two people.
