The house is situated in a quiet side street. Butcher with bratwurst stand, soft ice cream machine, kebab, corner store, library, bank machine, restaurant and church are just around the corner. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. It starts on the Rennsteig cycle path at Oberhof and ends in Einhausen on the Werratal cycle path. Bicycles can be borrowed from us free of charge. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. Hiking and skiing areas on the ridge of the Thuringian Forest are within easy reach.

This very modern and high-quality furnished guest apartment is located in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl with parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. Our guest house (about 89 m) is located on our mini-farm, which we run as a hobby. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river, where you can cool your feet on hot days. The house sleeps 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). On request, we also have a baby cot for the little ones. The farm offers space to romp and relax.
