We had four wonderful days in Gioia's apartment. We didn't miss anything in the apartment, very nicely furnished, you feel right at home. The highlight is the great roof terrace.❤️ Various shopping facilities are within walking distance and the stop right outside the door is perfect, so you can easily get to the city center. My wife and I stayed here for a week and we would definitely come back again! Everything was as described, public transport was a breeze, and the location was perfect. The location is so good, very near the tram station, just few minutes walk, can easily go to different tourist spots. The building is easy to find. The room is quite big and cozy. We had a good time there. The host is friendly, allowing us to our store your luggage there first.

Dominik is an amazing host. My highlight was Dominik’s kind gesture at offering me an early check in based on availability. Communication was proactive before and on the day of my arrival. The keys were personally handed as soon as I arrived. Instructions upon arrival were brief and clear. Dominik was kind enough to also suggest good restaurants around the neighborhood. The amenities were so good that I didn’t have a reason to bother Dominik all through my four night stay. I’m definitely looking out for this apartment the next time I visit Vienna. Cheers 🥂

we had a nice stay in this nice apartment. The terrace and the view of the garden is wonderful. Everything was as described, the check-in very easy, the communication with the landlady perfect, the apartment and the bathroom very clean. The tram stop for No. 40 is just around the corner and you can quickly reach the city center. All in all, the optimal location for a stay in Vienna. The café at the corner of Erndtgasse is highly recommended - but the quality comes at a price. We ate very well at the Monte Rosa pizzeria. We will be happy to come back.

If you want to explore Vienna and escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place to be. Great apartment with everything you need. Great connection to public transport. If we should come back to this area again... I would always try to get back to this apartment... Simply 🔝

Beautiful surroundings, fine looking apartment, Nicely kept, kept clean, and even tho it looks a little old the place doesn’t smell weird. It’s kept in good condition.

Norbert was a really superb, hospitable, and likeable host and I very much enjoyed staying at his studio apartment. It's a beautiful place in a quiet location with a nice view. He was an excellent communicator prior to my arrival, and his directions to his place were perfect. If I return to Vienna, I will definitely try to stay with him again. The electricity went out during my stay. Norbert responded immediately and energetically. He and one of his sons worked diligently with an electrician a couple of times before it was able to be resolved, and he provided a refund for the interrupted nights. This could have happened to any host because the damage was caused by an adjacent business. His responsiveness was exemplary. I'm grateful for his responsiveness. I unreservedly recommend him as a host and his place as a lodging!

From the first moment we felt at home due to the very friendly and efficient way in which Katinka, the host, welcomed us. She helped carrying suit cases and gave lots of practical information about public transport, shops in the vicinity, all kind of details about the peculiar Vienna parking system, etc. She was always reachable via cell phone and was at our disposal whenever we needed her. She was genuinely interested in our experiences of the past day. The fact that Katinka also speaks fluently English was helpful. She is a perfect host. Also the cosy apartment made us feel at home with 4 separate spacious rooms in typical East European City style: spacious hall, large living/bedroom , kitchen and bathroom, lots of windows with traditional double glass windows. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the beautiful traditional apartment building, with its typical stairway hall. This made us forget that there was no elevator to the second floor where we lived. A place to return.

Beautiful apartment, as described. Good location as many restaurants and bakeries nearby that meant we could still grab dinner even though it was late. Agnes’s instructions for check in were clear and simple and she was readily available.

The best apartment I’ve stayed in,Guido is always easy to communicate and with fast reply. If you plan to cook, it is a good option as well, there are many supermarkets, you just need to walk by a few minutes. Apartment with excellent design, Guido offered all kinds of daily necessities. It will be my top choice as long as I will be Vienna again.

Great apartment with everything you need. With public transport stopping right outside the door, you can easily reach all the important destinations in the city directly. Great restaurant recommendations nearby. We felt very comfortable.

The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished. Check-in worked perfectly and the host always responded quickly to messages. The tram takes you to the center in 10 minutes, there are many shopping facilities on the street and about 5 minutes walk from the apartment there is a square with great cafes. The only negative point: The apartment has no air conditioning and the street is too noisy to leave the windows open at night. When the windows are closed, it is quiet.

A very beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Vienna, it matches the vibe of the city perfectly. The bed is very comfortable and I slept great! My only complaint was that it's rather far out of the way of the main city center, but otherwise I'd happily stay here again!

The stay was completely successful! Communication with the host was smooth and straightforward. The apartment was very clean and well equipped upon our arrival – exactly as described in the photos. We felt very comfortable there and would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation!

This accommodation is located on the edge of the new Sonnwendviertel and is super connected with public transport. The Viktor Adler Markt is within walking distance. The roof terrace is great!

Natia’s home was lovely. It is located in a safe neighborhood, and nearby public transportation and an outdoor market. The space itself was very comfortable, spacious, and functional. The hosts quickly responded to every question I had, and were very friendly. I had a great time!

Emilia's unit is located on the 2nd floor. Place is 3-4mins walk away from nearest station. And to Stephansplatz is 2 train stops away. There are Billa supermarket, bread shop and post office. We walked across the park to get to the station and the neighbourhood is kids friendly and safe most important. The unit is very spacious as described. The 2 sofa beds in the living room are comfy too. There are 2 big separate dryer and washer amd that's our main pt. We closed the windows all the time to isolate traffic noise. The kitchen also has oven and necessary utensils. The lift maybe small but it's ok to take 2 turns for a family of six. Overall we really recommend taking this unit.

Individual accommodation with charm. Well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable, large mattress, large bathtub with bubbly. If you want to watch movies/series or something, it's best to bring an adapter for the computer (HDMI comes out of the wall and is connected to the projector. Within walking distance, there is a bus and tram. (Line two we recommend because it is above ground and you can see so much). Since we arrived very early, we also got permission to plug in earlier, which we found very friendly. Unfortunately, we had problems opening the door, but after the phone call with AirBnB support, this worked out too. Overall a very positive experience. We enjoyed our time in Vienna very much.
