It has a lovely open area for socializing, eating meals and enjoying leisure morning and afternoons on the south facing balcony. It contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Flat has a fully equipped kitchen & laundry wash/dry machines. Flat also includes an underground parking space and ski room.

The apartment has 60sqm, a south-west facing balcony and an underground parking space. There is a very nice swimming pool in the house (free of charge, closed 13.4.-26.6. and 26.10.-11.12.); the sauna can be used for 10CHF/2h. There is also a ski cellar, a table tennis room and a laundry room.
