Wander- und Bikewege sowie die Skipiste gleich neben dem Haus, falls genug Schnee und die Piste präpariert ist. Der Bahnhof Davos-Laret und er Schwarzsee ist in nur 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Badi (Sommer), dem Sportzentrum, Eisfeld (Winter), Tennisplatz, Spielplatz, Zwergenweg, einem kleinen Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. (5 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof und der Talstation Gotschnabahn). Die Langlauf-Loipe verläuft direkt hinter dem Haus.
