There is a fireplace, grill, garden furniture and canoe with paddles on the property. On the lower floor of the cottage there is a toilet, bathroom, dining room with living room and fireplace with access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the dam. In the attic there is a room and a bedroom with a balcony. In the immediate vicinity there is Orlík Castle, Zvíkov Castle and Žďákovský Bridge.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Nachází se v nezastavěné části obce, poblíž našeho domu, všude kolem jsou pastviny, takže žádná stříkaná pole. Na pastvinách stádo krav a ovcí a před vámi krásný výhled až na Šumavu. Pitná voda k dispozici. Dřevo na oheň je v ceně. Tadle maringotka je naše dřevěné srdce, které jsme sami zrekonstruovali. Je to prostě jiný, úžasný prostor
