Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our "Oase am Meer" in Groß Schwansee (municipality of Kalkhorst) and has 75 square meters of living space. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a BA and a conservatory. In front of the apartment is a south-facing terrace. You can see the garden from all the rooms. Access to the apartment is via a step. There is another step between the kitchen and the conservatory.
