The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

The studio apartment resembles a long hose. The space is located in our annex with its own front door (an old converted hen house). On the other side of the apartment is a gym that can be used optionally and by arrangement. Our terrace + garden can also be reached via the apartment. This may also be used by arrangement, if desired. Otherwise, the central apartment is ideal for short stays in summer.

The apartment consists of kitchen, bathroom and sleeping/living area, is fully equipped and can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. No pets allowed! The apartment has a separate entrance. Enjoy a place right on the beach and "in the heart of Timmendorf" in our apartment and jump right into the water after an extensive breakfast, cycle along the coast or stroll through our town.

Since June 2025, I have been renting out my newly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. The two-room apartment "Traveblick 296" with swimming pool and sauna is located on the 31st floor on the Trave side of the Maritim and impresses with its breathtaking view of the Trave entrance and harbor. It is suitable for up to five people. A parking card and a swimming pool card, sauna area and gym are included.

With its beautiful location between Weissenhäuser Strand and Grömitzer beach promenade, it invites you to linger. The quietly located village of Harmsdorf is surrounded by fields and offers a variety of bike paths.

The large house is bright and friendly. With plenty of space in several rooms, you can retreat if needed. In the very large garden with lawn and trees you are alone and among yourselves. A fixed, detached, lockable wheelhouse has 10 parking spaces, each with its own power connection.
