The non-overflowing beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800m).

Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. With a side view of the Baltic Sea and beach location, we offer you our 1-room-Apt. (28 sqm) plus 8 sqm balcony on the 6th floor; modern and timelessly furnished. A new built-in kitchen with dishwasher and electrical appliances as well as an attractive bathroom with glass shower/toilet are provided. A numbered outdoor parking space can be used free of charge. The "Hansapark" is almost next door, a small public swimming pool is very close. We provide Wi-Fi, towels and bed linens FREE OF CHARGE.

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking
