Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to a fee. Parties and events with outside guests require prior approval plus fee. Any damages will be billed upon check-out. By motorbike or dudu car, it is 5 minutes to Jungceylon Mall and 8 minutes to Patong Beach or Bangla Bar Street. The villa has 3 floors and a total area of about 750 square meters. The entire house is furnished with Italian imported furniture. There are 4 bedrooms (all beds are king size), size), three bathrooms and one toilet, three balconies plus an entertainment room (two arcade machines + one foosball table), a 12m x 3m swimming pool, an electric entrance gate, sea and garden views, a cascading fountain view, and an electric canopy throughout the house.
