Beachfront holiday rental in Ko Lanta District

Really enjoyed my stay and the room had everything I needed. Everything as described / in the photos. Fast WiFi for working remotely as well. Nice beach for sunset 5 min walk away. Great hosts and very responsive. Hope to stay again soon

Perfect , the spacious quiet place, had a washing machine. the only thing is that it was away from the city and if or if motorcycle or car transport is required. Very nice Grace is always ready to help and very attentive to the requirements, she got us motorcycles to move around the city. Ko Lanta is a place rather a quiet village and beautiful beaches.

Simple, clean, quiet detached ensuite room set in peaceful grounds about 100m walk from the wonderful beach. If you’re lucky you get a hammock and a cat to pet. Beach access is via the outdoor seating area of the adjacent beachside restaurant. Laundry service, shops, travel agents and some excellent restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

Aquablue Villa is amazing I would love to live there permanently, with the amazing views and peaceful surroundings, exceptional local amenities it is the perfect stat. Jennifer is an amazing host very responsive, and helpful, she even booked me the most amazing boat tour. I can't recommend this piece of heaven enough, thank you for an amazing stay

We loved this place, which has a sublime view. The interior is very clean. The hosts put a lot of care, including filling the fridge with many drinks available. We also really appreciated the presence of many elements for cooking, such as salt, sauces and oil. We didn't miss a thing. Hosts have gone to great lengths to make our trip go smoothly, and I weigh my words. We had a great time and will gladly go back. We can't wait to sleep in this home again. Thanks again for an unforgettable experience!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful home, and it was nothing short of magical. The house itself is so thoughtfully designed, solidly built, full of charm, and located in a peaceful area. It’s closed to great beaches on the island, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation and adventure alike. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was Wara. One of our friends unfortunately had a scooter accident during our trip, and Wara stepped in like a guardian angel. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, showing us kindness and support that felt incredibly rare and deeply genuine. It wasn’t just about hospitality, it was about human connection, and Wara’s warmth and care made us feel like family. This wasn’t just a stay; it was an experience filled with comfort, compassion, and memories we’ll cherish forever. Wara, thank you for everything. We will be back!

The apartment is super beautiful and very neat, and the surrounding view is gorgeous and so fresh. The bedrooms are big and there are a lot of space in the living room and kitchen with all the amenities and toiletries you need. Stephanie helped us with settling in and she was very friendly and helpful. I really recommend this place if you enjoy a nice and private holiday home.

If I could take this house with me I would. The property is beautiful inside and out with so many details everywhere you look. From the decorations, to the amenities, to even the outside greenery. I loved the outside terrace which has screen doors and an outdoor fan. There’s also a speaker system on the tv and soundproof sliding doors for watching movies. The area is clean and peaceful with many restaurants etc down the road. I worked from here remotely and I can confirm the WiFi works great and the space is a dream to work in. Monica was a great host, super attentive and helpful. I truly can’t say enough good things about this house.

A great villa in a decent location. Pool is a good size as are all the bedrooms and inside living space. Great outdoor living space also. Check in and check out was relatively smooth, although some more information could have been provided on check in, e.g. we had to Google how to use the cooker when this could easily be just provided as a printed info page. We also had issues with water on the first night. Having arrived at 10pm after 12 hours of travel and all in need of showers, the water to all taps, toilets etc stopped after about 10 minutes and didn’t come back until about 8 am the next morning. Maybe we got unlucky though as the rest of the week it was fine. As a suggestion, there could also be some more information provided in advance on a couple of things. Firstly, that guests need to pay for their electricity use and that a THB 3k deposit is required on arrival. Secondly, that the cleaning service is only included if you are staying for a minimum number of nights.

We felt extremely welcomed at Mem's and Rob's house and we would like to genuinely thank you for that! The house was very, very clean which we appreciated and felt peaceful! Location is great also with many shops, restaurants and massage places around. Tuk tuks can be found easily and have convenient prices. I genuinely recommend staying here if you wish for privacy, quiet and location.

We had an amazing stay at lovelytheroom, an absolutely amazing view and perfect for our week relaxing by the beach. A great base whilst you’re in Koh Lanta - we could hire a motorcycle from the hosts and taxis were very easy to catch on the main road. Despite being low season we had some great meals and found enough options for us as vegetarians nearby. A 7/11 is nearby for necessities but we were provided with water every day and shampoo/ shower gel was provided. Good a/c, a tv with netflix and a mini fridge are in the room. Would recommend for a stay in Koh Lanta!

Awesome resort!! Very good for the price, theres cleaners everyday. Clean rooms, and what a BEAUTIFUL view on the beach! Close to the elephant sanctuary as well as the national park and bamboo beach. Not too crowded and loud as its in Kantiang and not too far from a 7-eleven. Perfect for renting a scooter. Staff was so nice and accommodating, my fiance and I have concluded that this resort will be our go-to for anniversaries. Many great memories here.

A peaceful, charming retreat – pure magic Luana villas is a beautifully kept little villa tucked away in a lush garden setting, with a serene and natural atmosphere that feels both grounding and uplifting. The space has a calm, welcoming energy — from the leafy garden to the cozy outdoor seating areas that make it perfect for a morning coffee or evening wind-down. The villa itself is spotless and well-cared for. The bed was incredibly comfortable with crisp, white linen (a detail that any woman who loves a clean, fresh space will appreciate!). The room is spacious, with enough room to feel relaxed, breathe, and settle in. The surrounding area is quiet, and at night and early in the morning, you can hear all sorts of birds singing — a soft, magical soundtrack to fall asleep and wake up to. Anna was also incredibly kind and attentive, always available to help. Overall, it was one of those rare places where everything just feels right — peaceful, beautiful, and easy. Thank you Ana!

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was large, had a nice view of the pool, partial view of the sunset/water and had a large patio with comfy chairs. We appreciated the daily water and access to the pool. The location is peaceful and close to many restaurants and the beach. You have to walk up a slight hill but it’s short and once you get to your room the AC will quickly cool you off. Our host was responsive with any questions we had and even asked if we’d like to switch rooms and move to the top floor. The staff are very kind and helpful. Some downsides were that taxis and Tuk Tuks drop you off/pick you up at the bottom of the hill. We didn’t keep our doors open, quickly closed them as we came in/out but a lot of pesky mosquitoes still got in. It was a nice quiet building (3 floors with 5 units on each) but we always heard the people above us walking which was quite disruptive, especially when we were trying to sleep. We would be happy to stay again!

Lovely, clean and spacious accommodation in a beautiful setting. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good pool and fitness facilities.

Linda was very helpful with us. We weren’t sure exactly when we were checking in so I messaged as we were arriving on the island and she came straight to the property to check us in. We also loved the place and Linda was perfect on checkout as well with bills eg eg.

No. 2 Villa is lovely & has a gate, making it very private. We noticed some other Manao Villas did not have gates and you could see into the pool area when walking by, so it was great to have the privacy provided by the gate. Pool was wonderfully warm & deeper than expected, which was a nice surprise. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance & local grocery shops including a 7 Eleven for essentials. Do not recommend keeping food in the villa (except in fridge) as it attracts ants. Moti (villa manager) was extremely helpful & proactive - speak to him about anything from day trips, to laundry, to beach recommendations & onward travel arrangements - he can sort it all!! The local beach (Klong Khong) is a short walk away but isn’t really suitable for swimming as it’s quite rocky. We took a TukTuk taxi to Long Beach instead - sandy beach but the waves were quite strong so we didn’t swim. Be aware of aircon, we were frugal and still spent 1,000฿ on electric in 4 nights (2 people).

Lovely beachside villa with a pool. Perfect for family gatherings. Lots of space and great location. Only thing that caught us is the high total bill for electricity and water. You’re looking at roughly 900 Baht per day. We paid 8 Baht x 700 kWh = 5600 Baht.

What a paradise! I’ll definitely come back and stay even longer next time. 1. Clear and Effective Communication. Organising transportation from Krabi Airport to the villa was seamless. Moti was in touch with me three days before check-in, confirming all the details. In fact, the private van had already been arranged three weeks in advance! I simply messaged Moti, and the booking was confirmed within 30 minutes. The same goes for hiring a scooter—Moti sent a list of available options, I picked one, and it was delivered within half an hour. So easy and convenient! 2. Friendly Staff Everyone at the villa was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Moti. My girlfriend and I felt truly welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived. 3. Helpful Local Info Moti also shared a fantastic guide with recommendations on what to do, see, and eat around Ko Lanta. It made planning our days on the island a breeze! Super clean, well-kept, and the pool villa is absolutely stunning!

the hospitality was great. the room was as described and clean. it is possible to rent scooters and excursions directly with Sofiya. also wash your laundry. the beach is a 5-minute walk.

It was incredibly beautiful, we had a great time, we were super sweet and nicely received and had a point of contact with our landlord for everything. He always responded super quickly and was very warm. I will definitely be back and can the villa and the landlord highly recommend it!

Very nice villa, comfy beds, spacious, very good pool and terrace! literally 200m from the beach! Moti who looks after the villas is amazing, booked restaurants and even sorted a birthday cake for my girlfriend. If you do visit, please requested Pu the taxi driver for any trips. We used him everyday for restaurants and did a tour of koh lanta and he took us to very good places. He is brilliant and a great driver! Himself and Moti made our trip perfect!
