Holiday rentals with a pool in Ko Lanta

Our stay at Niang's place was lovely. The accommodation is fantastically located in the countryside and offers a private flair. The beautiful terrace, from which you can look out to the sea and the infinity pool, from where you can pay attention to the sunset, are fantastic. The apartment was clean, well equipped & Niang was a very thoughtful host. We would come back anytime & highly recommend 🌞 Small note: However, you should not be afraid of small animal friends who visit you at dusk in the evening;)

This is a homestay inside an old city alley, it's nice to find it, it's the old city, and it's character!The interior of the room is clean and tidy, it is a little flawed but imperfect. The owner is very warm and well taken care of. Our needs are met as much as possible, a very good room!

We enjoyed our one month stay in this villa. You can hang around outside in an open space and the place don’t get hot during the day. It is very private and quiet with great pool in the area. For cooking daily kitchen facilities would need an upgrade. Everything i requested was kindly delivered. You need to watch out monkeys which try to steal food from kitchen if door is open. We stayed in the villa as two family’s with young children (both 7 months and 3 years old) and found it to be well equipped and comfortable. The Villa is in a good location, Near restaurants and bars and faces out on to the beach. Better beach for swimming is just 5 mins up the road. Would recommend staying here.

Joels home was great for a time out with the Kids. They enjoyed the Pool with the slide a lot. Restaurants around the place were great. Easy getting around the Island.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Is it located in a very peacefull and quiet location and privacy is guaranteed. The 13m pool is great for cooling off or doing some exercises. Everything in the villa is in perfect working order and was cleaned well. Wifi also works perfect. Be aware that the walk up to the villa is quite steep. It was not a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues it might be difficult. In that case you might want to make sure you have some manner of transportation. Caretaker Jan is always avaliable and responds to any questions immediately. She can also arrange transportation from and to the airport.

Was everything perfect

I love that there is a beach in the resort that is a bit secluded so its never really crowded, nice big pool, and the breakfast view is unreal! Staff was also very helpful with everything.

Perfect stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. Is exactly like the photos. Nothing more needed to say. It was beautiful. Drinking water provided which was a nice touch. Only slight thing was the paying for electricity and water at the end of the stay. We stayed for 5 nights and our bill was 2400 baht (£60) which seemed a bit steep, but to be fair we know nothing about the cost of these amenities. If you are going to koh lanta, you should 100% stay here.

Quiet clean and by the beach as well as food

really good apartment, perfect for families with children. Close to the beach, however, you had to walk 100 meters to the right on the beach, as the beach just below the front filled with rocks. The only downside was that there were no pool towels, as promised, nor could they be provided during the 17 days we were there. The power is EXPENSIVE so please be aware. We didn't use very much air conditioning and we paid 2500 bath for the 17 days.

I was able to stay so comfortably during my stay. I hope you come again and rest comfortably. ^ ^

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was large, had a nice view of the pool, partial view of the sunset/water and had a large patio with comfy chairs. We appreciated the daily water and access to the pool. The location is peaceful and close to many restaurants and the beach. You have to walk up a slight hill but it’s short and once you get to your room the AC will quickly cool you off. Our host was responsive with any questions we had and even asked if we’d like to switch rooms and move to the top floor. The staff are very kind and helpful. Some downsides were that taxis and Tuk Tuks drop you off/pick you up at the bottom of the hill. We didn’t keep our doors open, quickly closed them as we came in/out but a lot of pesky mosquitoes still got in. It was a nice quiet building (3 floors with 5 units on each) but we always heard the people above us walking which was quite disruptive, especially when we were trying to sleep. We would be happy to stay again!

The room is part of a resort, which allows you access to the pool and to the beach! The room was super clean and you could ask for a clean up everyday if needed. There is also a cafe near the beach where you can eat easily. The hotel is in a quiet area, about 10mins walk from the pier and all the restaurants and bar. Overall, we really like the place and we recommend it!
