Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Ko Pha-ngan District

LOVED our stay at the Montra Resort. This property is literally a short two block walk from the pier and right in tucked into a beautiful location between the bustling pier side, restaurants, dive shops and the more tranquil Saari beach side restaurants and shops. In short, this location is really hard to beat. The staff were very accommodating and let us leave our bags while they readied the room and made it clear we were weclome to also use the pool, bathrooms and common showers (huge plus). We rented a scooter (400 Bhat) for 24 hours and spent the afternoon at Ao Leuk and Shark Bay - and yes, we saw a group of black tip sharks (24" long and no threat at all) and the reefs are decent in these locations. Check in was super smooth. The rooms are huge - we had a bed that was two full size beds pushed together - decent sheets, great AC, super spacious shower, bath tub and double sink - It was nice as a couple to spread out AND strong internet. A+ Host - Highly Recommended.

The complex was very nice, with very large pool and sea access. The staff were all very kind and helpful.

Our stay at this air bnb was incredible, the stunning sunset views from the balcony were an evening highlight. The apartment is pristine with beautiful interior decor and has every amenity you could think of for your stay. Mel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer our questions. The Welcome basket on arrival is very thoughtful, ours included some wine, beer and lovely local snacks and chocolates. We loved the location, which was close to everything including the airport. We had a private Yoga and Sound healing Session on the last night, it was incredible, thank you for the recommendation Mel. We cannot recommend Mel and the property highly enough.

Was a gorgeous place to stay with a lovey pool, little gym and pool table down stairs. The location was amazing and so close to a big c and the Main Street of the town. Loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Also amazing as it is so close to the beach with amazing food and views. Had all the kitchen utensils you’d need and made you feel right at home!. Amazing staff in the building and security at night!. The host is amazing and so attentive she truly makes you feel at home in your new environment and will reply to at question very clearly! Was an amazing stay ESPECIALLY for the price would recommend to everyone as there is also a lift to the flat. Would definitely stay again!!.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condominium. It was just as he described, spacious and comfortable with a great view. We felt very safe and secure and usually left our front door and back slider wide open to take advantage of a great cross breeze thru the condo. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb, where we had to pay the electricity and water separately, which turned out to be no problem. Although the temperatures were in the mid 80s, we only had to use the air conditioning in the bedroom at night time while sleeping. We stayed nine nights and had the cleaners come in one time and the total charge was just over 800 Baht (about $2.50 per day). The hill to walk into town mentioned by Paul is very steep! Walking up it in the afternoon sun was a killer. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends and family.

Brian is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He arranged our pickup from Nathon Pier (since we took the ferry from Krabi) and can also help organize a motorbike, which we’d highly recommend for getting around (the hill is steep, but the location is worth it!). His guestbook is full of great recommendations, and his hospitality made our stay seamless. The condo itself is stunning, with unbeatable ocean and cliff views from the balcony—waking up to that scenery felt surreal! It’s also super spacious, clean, and just 2 minutes from Bo Phut Temple and 13 minutes from Fisherman’s Village (which we visited often). The pool area is lovely, and the whole place has a peaceful, luxurious vibe. We wish we could give 10 stars—for the price this was one of our favorite stays in Thailand, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Brian, for an unforgettable experience!

We stayed at this apartment for three weeks and had a great experience. The location is excellent—close to Fisherman’s Village, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and the beach. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool, which was a great spot to relax. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great location and good amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Large apartment with a beautiful view. Chris is always in touch and happy to help. Apartment has everything you need. Definitely worth what we paid. I wish it was cleaner, but that’s ok. Also feel like I was charged too much for electricity, I intentionally used as little as necessary, and still ended up paying for a few days what my friend that lives nearby pays in a month. Not the end of the world. Overall worth it and definitely recommend!

The apartment was very lovely and we got to check in early. Unfortunately there was an emergency water leakage in the upstairs apartment and they were doing some acute renovations during the two days we were planning to stay there. It was a surprise for everyone but Oshin was very helpful from the beginning to the end and she was quick with the full refund. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay there but would definitely recommend and Oshin was extremely helpful host. Thank you

I loved staying in this bungalow, it feels like a secret jungle treehouse. I’d start my mornings with coffee in the hammock listening to the sounds of the jungle waking up, then wander down to the beach shala for some yoga. Daily strolls along the private beach and watching the sun melt into the sea from the pool is pure magic. The bungalow had everything i needed — comfy king bed, desk and kitchen (perfect for blending up a smoothie before the beach!). It’s tucked just far enough away to feel like your own little world, but only a quick 2-minute scooter ride to great restaurants and some of the island’s best beaches.

Very good place To stay in Koh tao

The stay at Mica's villa was really beautiful. Villa is huge and everything is very aesthetically designed and decorated. Especially the terrace and the garden with pool are an absolute highlight! In the evening everything is nicely lit and there is plenty of seating and lying possibilities! Mica is super friendly and accommodating and supported us a lot and helped us a lot. We have rarely experienced such good service! You get contacts in hand for taxi rides or scooter rentals . Shopping is also done on request. It was cleaned and rinsed every day, there was a laundry service and even the possibility to get a massage there on site. All in all, the stay there was beautiful and absolutely worth it for the price! We would definitely recommend this place!

Very nicely renovated accommodation. Great little pool and a very comfy bed. The space is a little remote.

the stay was nothing short but amazing the family that own the place are so lovely the kids are very well behaved and so cute and the view is amazing it was a dream to wake up and go to sleep with a view that nice the food is also amazing and one of the best pad thais i've had in thailand the entire stay was amazing the only down fall was that me and my partner can't ride a motor bike which means it was very hard for us to get up as it's quite a steep hill up from sairee beach and the taxis were expensive to take us up the owner even tried to teach me how to ride a motorbike but i wasn't comfortable and was just scared of crashing but if you can ride a motorbike comfortably i would highly recommend this place without out a doubt.

Very nice little cottage perfect for 4 persons. The porch with the hammock was our personal highlight! It may be good to know that all rooms and the kitchen go separately from the porch. The location is also very good. You are really in the middle of nature but in 2 minutes already in the 7/11. The communication was also great. It wasn't super clean but for the price mega

I had a great time at the Tipi - Skye's place for 4 weeks. It has everything i needed including kitchen, workspace and great Internet, as well as of course the gym. The space is quite big and easily comfortable for 2 ppl, including the large outside balcony which has a view of the sunrise. Skye was always available and super helpful, it's a really positive vibe. The BJJ classes are great with an awesome coach. the location is not walking distance to the main town area in Srithanu but theres a really nice restaurant close by with ample space to work and great healthy options , including the best quality cacao drinks/eats around. would definitely recommend and stay there again.
