Good apartments for this price. Situated in a quiet place on the way to the pagoda. There is a coffee shop and a fruit stand nearby. 10-15 minutes walk to the Central festival and 20-25 to the beach. I would like to separately note that there is a very pleasant service staff there.

The apartment was very easy to find and exactly as described. Everything was clean and ready upon arrival. We had a small issue on the first day – the mattress on the bed was not comfortable. I contacted Darija and she responded immediately: a brand-new mattress was delivered to us very quickly, which we really appreciated. Throughout the stay, she was kind, available, and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. We felt comfortable and welcome. The apartment is also suitable for a longer stay. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly recommend this place to other travelers.😃👍❤️🥂

Highly recommend staying here, I felt at home. Clean and tidy, easy accessable, close to amenities. Responsive host and they have I site workers to help.

Things cannot get better than this! A great apartment in a wonderful condominium that is fantastically taken care of and run by Tawan, the most perfect host one can possibly imagine. Helpful, kind, simply a great soul that makes the entire experience even more outstanding. Emerald Condominium (which is where the apartment is located) is maintained beautifully, it's quiet and much more peaceful than most other such places on the island, and the pool and vegetation around it makes it a true little paradise. Surely you'll need a scooter or a car to get around, but the location of this oasis is superb nevertheless. I was thrilled to stay here and will definitely be staying again.

Sergey was always responsive, we checked in early and checked out late and he made it all happen. Apartment is well equipped with a bit touch up needed, in quiet area with big pool.

Great place to stay! The pool was a life saver on the hot days. Staff was friendly and informative! The restaurant on site was good but only open until 6pm. If you don’t know how to ride the scooters Grabs are ~300TBH to get to the markets and beaches.

Good but not special. Low budget OK otherwise don’t book. For low budget backpackers good price otherwise not. Good persons 👍

Très beau logement, très propre, entretien quotidien. Belles piscines, proximité immédiate de la plage, de plus peu fréquentée, et superbe. Petit bémol proximité de la maine road apportant du bruit surtout la nuit, fourmis très envahissantes malgré notre vigilance avec les restes alimentaires. Pas de lave linge à disposition dans le logement. Toutefois très bon rapport qualité prix

Schönes und toll gelegenes 1-Zimmer Apartment mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Check-in und Check-out waren sehr einfach. Es gab vorab eine tolle Beschreibung wie man das Apartment findet, wo man parken kann und wie man an den Schlüssel kommt. Die Kommunikation war stets einwandfrei und Anfragen würden äußerst schnell beantwortet. Meine Freundin und ich können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Great place, I would recommend getting a scooter because everything is about a minimum of 15 minutes away. Clean, beach access, nice pool.

Der Aufenthalt war super ! Zakk antwortete immer schnell und hat mir bei Problemen geholfen. Der wasserdruck in der dusche ist nicht besonders gut, der rest aber top ! Würde es jedem empfehlen

Absolutely Gorgeous!!

We loved the place, absolutely beyond what we expected. Breakfast was absolutely Wonderfull and a wide spread, staff was super friendly. The pool and beach was beautiful, the resort itself is a bit expensive but there are so many places close to visit that you do not have make use of the restaurant. I would recommend this to anyone.

Erika's place is gorgeous. Designed beautifuly and thought out to every small detail. It was clean when we arrived , well equiped and fulfilled all our needs of an apartment in Koh Samui. Erika was responsive, available and friendly whenever we reached out. One small downside is that Garb, bolt and deliveries are not allowed to enter the complex, so it means you need to walk out 3-4 minute to the entrance if you order anything or arrive and leave with all suitcases. We really enjoyed and will definitely return, warmly recommend to all!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Daria et son équipe, la résidence est sympathique et bien placée, nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin et l’équipe était toujours à disposition pour répondre à nos demandes. Je recommande !

A great quiet treat - beautiful garden and quiet as possible in the neighbourhood. Easily walkable to the beach, handy to bike hire, food and 7-11. Highly recommend!

Großes und sauberes Zimmer mit eine guten Lage und tollem Gastgeber.

We were really impressed with the room, it was even nicer than in the pictures. Very clean and quiet inside. It is quite a walk to the main end of town, maybe 25 minutes. But we walked along the beach and enjoyed the exercise and tanning time. I'd much prefer this to the places in the centre which would have been too loud to sleep. I'd definitely stay here again :)

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the replay condo for one month. It is the Perfect Place for digital nomads that want to hustle but also Take care of their physical and mental Health. Everyday gym, Sauna and the Beach is just across the street.

Really nice place! It is very close to the beach (within walking distance) and to many restaurants and a 7-11. If you don’t drive a motorbike, there is no problem. The resort offers transportation, or you can take one of the songthaews that pass in front of the resort frequently. The facilities are great (including a pool), and the staff is super friendly and kind, always willing to help. The resort offers daily cleaning service, and the restaurant is open every day if you don’t want to leave your room. This is a really convenient place with everything you might need! I will definitely come back.

Le logement était parfait, le personnel a été aux petits soins avec moi, ils m’ont même soigné après que j’ai eu un accident de scooter ! Je recommande à toute personne qui vient en Thaïlande de séjourner dans cet endroit

J'ai apprécié séjourner dans cet appartement, même si il est plus petit qu'il parait en photo. Il est très agréable, la résidence est loin du bruit de Samui c'est appréciable. L'appartement est suffisamment équipé. La plage se trouve à 5 -10 minutes a pied du logement. Il y a de très bon restaurants à proximité. La piscine est plus petite qu'en photo c'est un détail mais a préciser. Merci

Tout s’est bien passé chez Fred. Hôte très réactif, et sympathique. Le logement est bien situé et le service de ménage est bien appréciable. Je recommande!
