Monthly Rentals in Ko Racha Yai

Really enjoyed the stay here in Rawai. My girlfriend and I spent the month in this apartment and didn't really have any problems. The wifi works very reliably so it's well set up for video calls. It's a very quiet area, seems to be mainly families. You won't encounter much disturbance so it was very peaceful overall. The area is great, with plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby (Costa, We Cafe, Vida, Poached). The Japanese restaurant by the apartment is also really nice. The host also provided complimentary cleaning once a week which we really appreciated and they were very easy to get hold of. Would recommend this place

Surasa and staff was amazing, they were there and helped with anything that I needed. Anything that I needed, they were there. The house is on the edge of a cliff overlooking the beautiful water like you can see in the images. It is on a secluded dirt road with other homes and upon arrival you will walk through a fish farm and little shacks, the house is behind all this. It is a five star from me through and through. The swinging vented doors are a work or art. The only down side I have, like everyone else that commented, are the bugs. But that’s just what you sign up for when going to a home that has a completely open living room in the tropical jungle.

We had a perfect stay at this beautiful condo!! Nack was a lovely, friendly and very responsive host. The place looked just like the pictures and the artwork and interior design is top notch!! We had a big balcony on the 4th floor (top floor) of the condominium, the beach was literally a 1-2 minute walk from our room (with lots of restaurants & a big 7-11 very close by). If I could rate this 10 stars I would, and I would definitely stay here again - if you are thinking about booking this place for your holiday, don’t hesitate :)

I only had two nights at Olga's apartment but it was fantastic and I really appreciated her responsiveness. I would definitely stay here again.
