The apartment was extremely comfortable and the surrounding village and beaches was the best part.

Stayed here for 6 days in june and had a great stay. The room and amenities were all great and checking in and out was very easy. Very friendly host too 😃

We stayed at this place for 7 nights with our 2 yo daughter. We loved the location, facilities and the host. The condo is located in the marina. We really liked the location as it was quite close to everything. The nearest supermarket holds a good selection of international items and The central festival is also only 15 mins away by car. The condo is spacious, well equipped and safe. We were happy to have a fully equipped kitchen to cook for our daughter. The swimming pool was very clean and always not crowded, we spent a lot of time there. It was also very nice that the car parking is located underground which kept the car away from the sun and heat. The parking is connected to the condo by the direct elevator and it was very convenient and felt safe. The host was very attentive and was always quick to respond to any questions we had during the stay.

Comfortable well furnished apartment in a great central location 5 mins walk from the markets, cafes, and restaurants. The lounge chairs were very comfortable and there is a huge TV! A washing machine and dryer was an added bonus. Paul provided local recommendation’s and was in contact to ensure that everything was going well. There is a nice pool which was the perfect temperature and not too crowded. We really enjoyed the Steak Ao-Kae restaurant directly across the road from the apartment, a lovely family, great food, and very good value. We would highly recommend staying here. 😀

We loved the place, some breathtaking views, they passed by us at the port and accompanied us back, everyone in the hotel was very friendly, the breakfast they serve is very delicious, not skimpy, super happy with the choice, and recommended.

I had an amazing experience staying at Phyll Phuket Condo! The apartment was exactly as described in the photos super clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything was well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. A special thank you to Peter, the host, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. He even arranged a late check-out, which made my departure much more convenient. His hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Condo is good, and Tomas is a great host. He did everything to make our stay comfortable. This location and neighbors are very good for a calm and relaxed time spending. One very important thing that I don't like, it's the beach. It's a dump, and local people absolutely ignore it. Once volunteers from CoralCrabi cleaned it and that's all. I understand that it's rainy season and waves every day bring waste, but that's your country and your place and your waste. You should think and care about it your home and place that is supposed to be touristik no matter that it's a low season. Krabi, it's a heaven, but ruined of plastic.

Great place to stay! We were a little worried about the location of the bedrooms for nothing! Everything was spotless. Plenty of places, lots of sockets, smart TV. The host was always available and helpful if you had any questions. Due to our inattention, we owed Napapon 200 baht. We will definitely come back to this wonderful country and return the debt! I recommend renting from Napapon, a wonderful host.

Nice apartment. Condo has many features like pool (with shade during the day). Great shopping mall nearby, also big tennis center and convenience stores. Host was very kind and helped with many questions that we had. Karon beach 30-50 min(depends on traffic)

The apartment is modern, well decorated and right on the beach, the place is very quiet and peaceful, just what you need for a vacation! the owners were very friendly, explained everything and helped with renting a scooter, I recommend it

i spent 4 nights in a just beautiful setting what he initially bothered was the room in front of the restaurant but in the end it was not at all embarrassing we were disturbing per person in the evening we had the beach for us a breathtaking view of clean clean shower and it is not disturbing that it is not in the roof room if I will come back and I will recommend all my friends to you for this unforgettable stay

One of our favourite places to stay. It’s a little challenging to get to. Well worth it once you arrive. It’s a private paradise. Will go back for sure, you must check this place out!

Very private. Even common swimming pool was empty for most of the time. Very close to the beach. The water in the sea is clear. Planty of restaurants and almost no people. Ideal for somebody who want to chill.

This was a lovely place with plenty of room for our five guests. The kids particularly loved the balcony pool and we enjoyed the views. It's off the beaten path so not for those who want to be in the heart of the action but for those like us that want a quiet and private retreat it was ideal.

We stayed in this apartment for about 1.5 months. It is comfortable to live and work together. The accommodation corresponds to the description. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, the windows overlook the living room on a noisy road, the bedroom windows overlook the courtyard. The noise of the road from the bedroom is a little audible, but you get used to it. There is a balcony. Two air conditioners, working properly. Fast internet, suitable for work (about 400 mbps), but caught intermittently in the bedroom. There is a small work desk in the bedroom. There is only an outlet on one side of the bed. :( Free cleaning once a week. Very large bed. Spacious apartment, separate bathroom. At the end of the stay, they paid 3000 baht extra for electricity (this is spelled out in the description). The nearest 7/11 is an 8-minute walk. The nearest, undercrowded Ao Yon beach is 25 minutes by bike. 10 minutes to the old town. Nearby there is a weekend market with the best prices on the entire island. Overall, this is a very good option for Phuket. Good location outside the tourist part, no traffic police :)
