This is the largest ocean view unit in the building, Gem base in Suma.(Room No. 1) During the summer swimming season (July and August), the sea house opens and the BBQ restaurant next door will be lively until about 21 o'clock at night. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train driving. Paid parking is not available onsite, so pay parking is available nearby. The interior is the main accommodation room on the second floor, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely, not only for couples and friends, but also from families with small children to business travelers. NISHIMURA-TEI Hanare - Kitchen & Dining

Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

There are old Japanese "row houses" in Nishinari-ku, Osaka-shi.We designed a unique accommodation in T2P Architects, a disciple of the world-famous architect Tadao Ando.The outline of a small roof harmonizes with the appearance of the neighborhood, and a metal facade creates a contrast with the surroundings.At the same time, the concept of “shared housing” blends privacy with a central garden to facilitate interaction between residents. Our building has been awarded with numerous honors, including the ArchDaily 2023 Annual Architectural Nomination, 2022 Good Design Award, Korea's space magazine January 2023 issue, and Wallpaper Magazine's November 2023 issue.
