The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Right by the property there are wonderful walking paths in nature, but also to the train station it is only ~ 800 m (approx. 10 min. walk), but this can also be reached by bus (bus stop right at the property). Parking is available.
