Great flat! One of the best I’ve seen in Georgia after living there for 2 years. The location is near everything in the town. The beach is 5 minutes walk. The owner is very helpful and friendly

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

Really nice apartment!

Lovely apartment straight on the beach! Very comfortable! We had a great stay! The little supermarket is very convenient and the botanical gardens are very close by. Lots of National parks to explore nearby.

Ivane and staff are very friendly hospitable and lovely people. They were very generous and kind and we are happy to have spent time here.

Everything was great, the apartments had all accommodations we needed for comfortable living during vacation. It was as beautiful as on the pictures in descriptions. Everything was in place such as dishes for 4 persons, clean bedding sheets, towels and toiletries. The kitchen was a comfy to cook particularly everything, except baking. The only things I would recommend fixing are windows - they are not tightly closed, so when it’s raining outside all the water goes in. And the shower is weirdly mixes the water so it’s either too cold either too hot. Very appreciate Anna’s assistance on every question I had. She was kind and responsive.

We had a very enjoyable experience in Tsikhisdziri, and Danila's house was the most suitable option for achieving relaxation at home.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

We spent honeymoon together with my wife and our relatives so we chose Rene’s house for staying in Kobuleti. It was a such pleasure to be the guests of Rene.The house is situated in cozy and calm place almost on the Black Sea shore. It’s about 2 mins from house to the beach by walk. Clean bed linen, rooms etc. You can feel there as at home. Thank you Rene and to your father for hospitality ! Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable with two families! It's a great place to relax. We were very warmly welcomed and felt very welcome. The accommodation is nice and very well equipped. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the tangerine garden and the sea. The only small downside was the uncleaned wardrobes, which were stated as usable in the description. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay that I would travel back to anytime! Thanks to Elza and Murman for the wonderful time!!

Large apartment in a private house near the sea, clean and comfortable. With friendly and caring hosts who are not lazy to create pleasant moments for customers almost as for friends: meeting and transfer from the station, a friendly dinner with wine of their own making on the evening of arrival, unobtrusive care during the stay. The garden plot near the house is pleasing to the eye: a flat manicured vineyard, tangerine trees, there is even a tea plantation – the owners of real enthusiasts, a glorious working family. I wish them a successful expansion of their business – they will make good hoteliers

Thanks to Lyudmila and her family for the warm welcome! A detached house, quiet at night and walking distance to the sea. This was our second time in Chakvi and we stayed at Lyudmila's place again. There were five of us, and there was enough space for everyone (three rooms, and each room has a private bathroom with shower and toilet). We are very satisfied! We recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing peaceful vacation!

We spent a week at the apartment, and it was an excellent experience! We felt 100% at home. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The balcony was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. Absolutely 5 stars in every category—we will definitely come back again!

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

It was my first time booking with Airbnb and I had a wonderful stay at Pavel’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is especially perfect for a relaxing visit. And I also want to highlight Pavel’s communication. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated how attentive and welcoming he was. He is definitely the SUPER HOST!!
