The bed is king size and very comfortable. All the conditions are there to have a good rest. The courtyard is very clean with pools. However, the food in the area is very good but very Expensive! l recomend marinas apartment.

We had a great stay at Danil’s flat. It was very convenient and peaceful. We had the beach in front of the flat and other local places were easily reachable. The flat was very clean and comfortable. Views from the flat were amazing.

I would like to conduct my sincere gratitudes to Elene. She is an excellent host, answering less than a minute and is always ready to help and support (Elene, organized for us a baby cot on a short notice). Elene proposed to us a double-room family apartment with a large balcony with an excellent sea view. Itself apartment is well equipped with all necessary furniture and accessories. The apartment is located in 19 store modern building. The building itself is part of the resort Dreamland Oazis resort complex, which I would say is one of the best in Georgia.

The location is great. We liked the apartment as it was well-equipped and child-friedly. Zurab and Irma were very helpful and nice hosts. Clear recommendation!

This was an amazing experience! The apartment is located in the best resort I have ever been in the region, with multiple swimming pools, restaurants, aqua park, beach bars, private beach, tennis courts etc. Apartment itself is spacious, with the balcony and sea view and fully furnished with all necessities. Both living room and bedroom, are equipped with TVs. Host was very helpful and responsive, gave us also very good and helpful tips. In overall we had an amazing time there and the price was also great! Definitely recommend to everyone. In my view it is the best place to stay in Adjara region.

Everything was great. Comfortable apartment with a good view and convenient location. There are many good restaurants and shops close by. The apartment had everything you need.

My wife and I really liked it - the room is clean , the Internet is very fast and comfortable for watching movies , the water in the shower is comfortable, without jumps from cold to hot. All appliances in the room are working , air conditioning is working, the balcony is chic for work , if you take out the chair there. Thank You !

Andrew's place was just perfect to stay at. The accommodation has a great sea view, very cosy and well equipped, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping mall. Andrew is very polite and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be recommended to anyone who is looking for perfect place in Batumi.

Anna is a great host. The check-in was well organized. Excellent apartment on the 2nd floor. Beautiful balcony with sofa and chairs and dining table. Another large beautiful swimming pool was built on the territory, like in 5* hotels. Also a supermarket, pharmacy and souvenir shop opened on the territory. Many beautiful fountains and places where you can enjoy beautiful views (Sky bar 19th floor).

The place was nice and looked just like the photos. Irakli is always available to answer. However, we reserved accommodation for four people, but all the services—such as glasses, towels, etc.- were provided for only three. Additionally, if you're traveling by car, the street is very crowded, making it difficult to find parking.

The villa is exceptional, matches the description. The house is spacious, there is a wonderful lawn where we had a picnic. The house is in a very calm and quiet neighborhood, clean air, beautiful mountains and not far from the shore. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. The owner of the house helped with renting a car. He also told us about the nearest attractions. I am very grateful to him for his hospitality. We will gladly stay in this house next time.

Rita and Roy are excellent hosts! Here you will be supplied with all kinds of treats. The rooms are lovingly designed and very clean. If you want to have an all-rounder vacation with good food and wine, family atmosphere and excursions, you are very well audited here! I will definitely be coming back soon. Very nice house with a large living room, terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas)))as well as with an outdoor dining area) Clean, large kitchen. Beautiful view of the sea and the mountains) clean cozy rooms, fresh bedding and towels))Warm welcome and hospitality of hosts)) The only thing is that it's a little too high for walking distance from the beach) With a car, it's a perfect option.
