Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kobuleti Municipality

The accommodation is well situated, 5 min walking distance from the sea, shops and restaurants. We were with 2 kids and spent 9 nights in Ruslan's apartment. Recommend!

very nice modern place. kitchen has everything you might need, even a nutcracker. water pressure in the shower is good. there are a lot of supermarkets , fruit markets and cafes, thrift stores + tobacco shop nearby. thank to Giorgi for assisting us with late check in.

Clean cozy apartment, very comfortable huge bed, the kitchen has everything you need. The hostess is friendly, actively communicates, gives recommendations and solves any issues that arise. The territory of the complex is beautiful and well-groomed, the beach is cleaned, the sun loungers are comfortable. The entrance to the sea is rocky, I recommend taking shoes for swimming. In September, the water park was not open every day (the slides were only opened when there were more than 10 visitors), the cinema and most of the slot machines were not working, and the bowling alley did not provide balls for children. Perhaps, in the season with the service, things are better.

Excellent option for long term living. I spent three weeks here, very satisfied. Arartaments are exactly as it is as described in the photos. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - you can fully cook. On the territory there is a store with basic products and hygiene products, as well as 700 meters from the complex in the village itself, there are several grocery stores, a pharmacy, fruit and vegetable shops. There have never been interruptions with water, electricity, and internet. The elevators are great. There were no problems with parking either. The sea here is chic, clean, the pools are fine. Valeria is friendly and responsive, it was very nice to communicate with you. Thanks for being a host!

the apartment fully corresponds to the description. being in the central square. this is good and bad. The good thing is that everything is literally nearby: beach, supermarket, cafe a lot, market. The bad thing is that this is a center and therefore it can be noisy: cars, restaurants and dogs. But if you close the doors, there are not so noisy dogs. There are a lot of dogs, they themselves are kind, but in the morning they are constantly barking🤣. Ilia (the host) was constantly on the touch, greeted, posted everything, told me everything and showed me where and what you can buy/see/walk. The beach with large stones and sand, so bring shale for the beach. There may be long rains (this is the black sea, not the Mediterranean), you need to be ready for this. The apartment is clean. Everything is there for unassuming guests. The staircase to the last floor is steep, you need to keep in mind to old people and people from the nod. in general, only the best impressions of the apartment and the hosts left only the best impressions. Thank you so much for this wonderful place to stay! We stayed with our parents, we really liked it) Near the house there are many good shops and shops with vegetables and fruits. Literally 200 meters from the central market of Kobuleti. Close to the sea. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. View of the mountains from the window. A lot of dishes, the hostess put three towels, slippers, shampoo and soap for each. A bottle of wine was also very pleasant! Thank you) I recommend this place, we will come back here again!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Kobuleti: + Inga's place is clean, comfortable and close to the seaside; + our communication with Inga and Luca was smooth and nice.

Tamar’s place felt like home because there was everything you could think of at hand, it felt like there actually lives a host who takes care of everything. Tamar also was very flexible regarding checking in & out which was a life saver considering our bus schedules. The place has minimalistic and modern vibe, is very comfortable and the location is great: right on the beach. You can even watch the sunsets from balcony☺️

House as in the photos. Situated in the common area with other holiday homes. The hostess lives in the next house and always helped on arising questions. Where is everything you need in house. In the backyard a cozy location with a table and a hammock. To the beach 5 minutes walk. To the central market 5 minutes walk. Very pleasant owners!

Great location. Batumi is just a short walk away, but at the same time you live among the greenery , in the mountains, where birds always sing. Plenty of space in the house, there is a place to stay. Enough linen and towels if you travel light as we do. Everything you need is present! The hosts of the house are very friendly, as are the neighbors🙂. If you want to relax in the middle of nature and see all the charm of Adjara, this is the place for you🙂. Perfect to have a car, of course.

We had a very pleasant time at Nona's in Chakvi. Nona is a real super hostess, attentive and resolute. The house is clean and comfortable. It has a large terrace with a beautiful sea view. The beach is very close with only few people and very quiet surroundin. The house is comfortable for several familys together. We thank Nona for the warm welcome

We had an amazing stay at Anna's. The house is in a beautiful village, not far from Kintrishi Nature Reserve and you can see a stunning sunset from the house. It is a very spacious house with huge outdoor areas. Very Highly recommended for anyone who is traveling by car and wants to stay near amazing nature, outside the city noise but still within a short driving distance to great beaches like Tsikhisdziri beaches

New, modern and beautifully located flat perfect for a comfortable stay. In addition to the proximity to markets and restaurants, the building has a cake and coffee shop, which was a great differential. The experience was great, and I would definitely stay again. I recommend it!

The location is great. We liked the apartment as it was well-equipped and child-friedly. Zurab and Irma were very helpful and nice hosts. Clear recommendation!

I had a great stay at Sophie & Gega’s apartment in Batumi. The location is perfect—close to everything, with shops and locals around instead of big hotels. The apartment has everything you need, like good cooking supplies, quality dishes, hair tools, and even a clothes steamer, which I really appreciated. The bed is very comfortable and the internet did not let me down. To get to the apartment, you go through a shared entryway connected to a super nice family. Sophie & Gega provide detailed instructions with pictures, so finding your way is easy. The apartment is really spacious, and I think it would be amazing in the summer. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay. Everything as described. One of the best locations in town. Highly recommend, will absolutely consider visiting again!

The apartment is quite satisfied. Apartment near the construction site. In front of the windows there is a faucet to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

Frida is an incredibly kind and truly helpful host. The flat's prime location near stores and restaurants makes it one of the best spots in Batumi. It's also ideal for long-term stays. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed👍
