A charming cabin in the forest, 100 meters from a lake. The space includes a loft bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom. Outside a fire pit area, projector + screen (indoors and outdoors) for movie nights under the stars. This is a soulful place, not built for commercial rental. Constructed in the 1980s, the cabin had been neglected for years. Now lovingly restored, all rental income goes toward its ongoing renovation.

A cozy wooden summer house in Nowe Załubice. Built in 2016, ideal for a family with children, 40 km from Warsaw, surrounded by trees and other recreational plots. Great for hiking and biking. Comfortable 42m2 with a partially covered terrace. In the garden: sandpit, swing and slide. A plot of approx. 800 m2, fenced on 3 sides. The unfenced side is adjacent to our year-round home. Jest to stary dom "z duszą", pełen mebli i przedmiotów użytkowych sprzed kilkudziesięciu lat, przez co miłośnikom nowoczesnych, superkomfortowych wnętrz raczej nie przypadnie do gustu. Za to ci, którym nie przeszkadza skrzypienie drzwi stuletniej szafy, na pewno poczują się w nim jak u siebie - podobnie jak amatorzy roślin doniczkowych, których mam tu sporo:)
