Our vacation home (corner terraced house with 100 square meters) is in a very quiet location, ideal for cycling and hiking as well as relaxing and swimming at the lake (distance to Lake Kochel 900 m). The Glentleiten open-air museum, the Kristall-Therme Trimini and the Herzogstandbahn are only a few minutes' drive away. Welcome to Iffeldorf at the beautiful Osterseen (Easter Lakes)! A unique landscape with more than 20 lakes. Ideal for hiking, cycling and swimming. Iffeldorf is situated on the railway line Munich - Kochel. You can make excursions to the mountains, Lake Starnberg and Munich, the "city with heart". Or you follow in the footsteps of the artists of the "Blaue Reiter" and Expressionism in the area and its amazing museums. Last but not least, the famous castles of King Ludwig II are not far away.

Kochelsee: Only 10 minutes walk Franz Marc Museum: Only 100 meters away – a must see for art lovers. And private parking is available right in front of the house.
