Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Kochi

Minsaf and his team were always available for any queries we had and helped to make our stay comfortable. Convenient location on the way to the airport, not too far from the main city area either. The place was kept clean and stocked with essential supplies. Would definitely visit the place again.

This is a beautiful cozy and peaceful place, there is also an incredible terrace with a view over the landscape. The house is 100% clean, comfortable and calm. Highly recommended as a stop to have some relax between all your Indian adventures;) as we came here- we understood, how important this was for us. Vismaya and the whole family are SO friendly, open, caring. They saluted us with fresh coconuts:), teached us cooking Ayurvedic dishes, organised many sightseeing trips around. We are very grateful. Thank you!

Highly recommended. Rooms are well maintained. Kitchen and the cooking amenities can be a little better, that is the only suggestion. Apart from that the stay was just amazing.

Chandu is for sure a super-host in the making. He is really professional and friendly and proactive to the core. His place is simply amazing and exactly as described. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a home away from home in this location. The security guard was also worth mentioning, unlike my previous interactions with this cohort, the guard here was simply amazing and friendly.

The place is really good! We truly felt at home. The place is very clean, well organised, and welll designed too! Mr. Sabiq was a fantastic host, very responsive and flexible. The place is very close to airport-4mins drive to airport, but cant hear any airplane noise. The house was well prepared, loaded with necessary anemities and more. We highly recommend the place. We would surely rebook it again and again.

I have staying in different Kochi homestays on and off from last one year, this is the best in Kochi if you are looking for a pleasent worry free experience.

Feel Home was a fantastic place to stay in Fort Cochin. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained — and everything was just a short walk away. We instantly felt at ease, like we were right at home! Playing tourist in a place I thought I knew so well ended up being such a lovely surprise — I was genuinely moved by the warmth and kindness of the people. A special highlight was the incredible mentalist experience by our host, Amal — truly unforgettable. And the gelato shop downstairs? Absolutely delightful. This charming spot has a unique warmth and character that sets it apart from the rest.

Charming and Comfortable Three-Room House in a Quiet Neighborhood I recently had the pleasure of staying in this cozy three-room house, and it was a wonderful experience. The ground floor offers a welcoming and functional space, with an open-plan kitchen and dining area that flows seamlessly into a comfortable sitting area—perfect for relaxing or hosting a small gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. Upstairs, the first floor features two spacious and well-lit bedrooms, ideal for families or guests. Both rooms felt private and peaceful, with plenty of natural light and fresh air. One of my favorite parts of the house was the upper terrace, which offers a great view of the quiet neighborhood—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The laundry room up there was also a convenient bonus. The neighborhood itself was very peaceful and safe, with friendly neighbors and minimal traffic.

The place was really easy to find since it is on walkable distance from the metro station. The rooms were clean and Susmy was very humble and a lovely person. property was great and had good vibes so it made all together a beautiful stay. thankyou for hosting us Susmy :)

Great place to stay at the heart of the city. Easy access to locations and transportation. The apartment was just as described. The owner/facilitator was extremely helpful and responsive. They also have frequent cleaning service but make sure to ask for it if not provided (we weren't aware of it until the last few days of checkout). One recommendation will be to add a microwave to the listing.

Rakesh does responds well for all the queries. he is easy accessible and would help us whenever we require him. he is such a great person to be with.
