The villa is about 100m2. There is a master bedroom downstairs and two more bedrooms upstairs. An opening sofa upstairs creates the seventh bed. You will sleep comfortably in high-quality beds with hotel style fresh sheets! Villa has a sauna section downstairs, where you can enjoy a view of the nearby pond through a panoramic window. From the terrace you have direct access to the relaxing Viskan Spa outdoor hot tub, which is conveniently placed under a canopy. The pool overlooks the pond. The pool is for extra fee 400€. There are spacious separate toilets on both floors. All floors downstairs have a pleasant underfloor heating. The open living room-kitchen has a SmartTV and a small fireplace and access to the glazed terrace with views to the surrounding nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-height refrigerator and a separate freezer. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The kitchen island offers comfortable cooking facilities. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are always included with the rental price.

No water supply, drinking water must be brought along. The kitchen has a gas stove, sink and drainage. The coffee maker, refrigerator and lighting are powered by electricity. Private new beach cottage on a large plot, amphitheater-like location on the shores of the very clean Lake Livojärvi, on the Lapland Riviera. Two saunas (wood-heated and electric-heated) and a hot tub. You may see reindeer right in the yard of the cottage. During the summer season (May to August), we offer two SUP boards, a boat and fishing gear. During the winter season, we offer a few snowshoes, skis and poles for skiing, as well as fishing equipment for ice fishing. The property has a hill and stairs.
