House holiday rentals in Kokkari

We had a great week at the property with our kids (16,13,10). The view is truly stunning. In the kitchen you will find everything else you might need. The house has all the comforts. Spacious rooms, a swimming pool with sea views, several seats and plenty of space inside. Recommended to do in the area is hiking in the surroundings of the Potami waterfalls and eating at the top of the steep stairs. And if you really want to see a beautiful sunset, you should definitely eat at Orizontas (book). A boat trip to Ephesus is also well worthwhile. In the May holidays, it can still be fresh, so a cardigan is recommended. The house is quite centrally located and you can easily reach the surrounding villages with a rental car. The photos match what you see in real life, maybe it's even nicer!

Although we came to Samosa for the first time, the hotel owner and employees were friendly and very warm as if we had come before. As soon as we arrived, they offered us nice treats, and they wanted to carry our belongings to our room. They gave me a place recommendation. If I come to Samos again, I will definitely stay here again! Even if you have a language problem, they try to do whatever they can

We have stayed here before and absolutely love it! Vaso, the host, is absolutely so sweet and very willing to help in any way possible. She let us come early to the home so we could rest. The house was exactly like it was in the picture. Gorgeous views, a beautiful pool and Mountain views to the ocean and a great homey space to spend time with family. The home was a few minutes drive to many villages. We will definitely be staying here again.

I had a great stay at this accommodation thanks to Eleni, she was amazing and very attentive! The accommodation was even more beautiful in real life and very clean. I didn't miss anything in the accommodation because Eleni had thought of everything for the amenities and for the cleaning service. Do not hesitate to ask her if you have any particular requests, she is very attentive. I recommend it if you want to have an unforgettable stay 😊

We chose this house for a 4-day holiday, and it’s located in one of the most beautiful spots on the island. It’s almost equidistant from both the northern and southern beaches, and it offers a lovely view of the village. We stayed as a group of six friends, and each of the houses was charming in its own way. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the late afternoon and watching the view from the backyard area at night. The kitchens in all the houses were well-equipped with everything we needed. Feeding the turtles in the garden was an extra delight for us. Many thanks to our hosts for their warm hospitality. If we visit the island again, we would definitely love to stay in this amazing house once more.

Antonis’s place was great — super clean and peaceful. We had an amazing time. I have no words for the view — it was simply fascinating. We also loved the private beach, which was just a 2-minute walk from the house. The pool was always clean, and the house was cleaned every day. Additionally, there were plenty of good restaurants and bars just 15 minutes away by car. We hope to visit Limnionas again next year. Thank you for everything. 🥳🌸

Martha's accommodation was simply excellent! Check in was very flexible, we were able to enter the accommodation earlier. Everything was very clean. From the house to the city of Kokkari was super fast. The beach in front of the house is very clean and invites you to linger. We will be back next year!

Apartment perfectly corresponding to the description, very nice, clean, very very well equipped (pherhaps one of the most well equipped we found). Host very nice and friendly. Position and view good, walking distance (about 15 min) to the center, parking not so easy but not impossible. All perfect!

Ioannis was a considerate host. He responded quickly when I had questions and left a fruit basket and wine to enjoy. The house is small but well organized and comfortable. The bed is comfortable (a bit on the hard side but that is my preference). It is easy to walk everywhere in and around the village. I would return.

It's been a time like paradise. I enjoyed every minute in this beautiful area in Michael's dream home. I never thought it was even more beautiful in reality. An oasis of bliss. Wake up every morning, sit on the terrace with a coffee, listen to the birds and plan the day in paradise. Michael is an excellent host, and I will book right away for 2026. The studio is lovingly furnished with a small kitchenette, everything super well maintained and clean. Michael's house is just a few minutes' walk to the sea and the small old town of Kokkari. Michael also provides a parking space for a rental car. What more could you ask for? A place to stay!! Forever and ever!🥳🤗

My wife and I spent a wonderful time in our Kokkari home. It is the oldest house in the village and very interesting. While the town is very busy and filled with restaurants the location is in a quiet spot. Best of all was the rooftop terrace that provided great views of the harbor. It was a perfect spot to catch the sunrise which I did several times. Our hostess was warm,friendly and very helpful. We were sad to leave and would certainly come back. Richard 9/24

A great home to stay in in Kokkari. The view is amazing, and even better at sunset. The AC works well, it has balconies and a nice terrace with a view of the sea and the town. The home is on top of a hill with very narrow streets. You can go there by car, but you cannot park there. It's best to park in the town (which is free) and then walk up, which is about a 5 minute walk, but could be worth considering if you are less mobile or struggle with stairs. There are many good beaches in Samos, but there is a nice beach even behind the house, a 2 min walk.

i was with a friend at Sadie's place in Samos for 9 days, the first time walking for the house because google maps said to the left at the end where we had to turn right. For the rest, Sadie had given a route description with photos and that was actually very easy. Walking to the restaurants ( downtown) was 5 minutes, back up was a little longer to walk. We had rented a car and were able to park it very well personally, I think you need a car to make nice trips or days to the beach there. For the rest, Samos is really a great island where everyone can enjoy themselves. Sadie also has great restaurant tips in the cottage. We stayed at Welcome (book) and food was exquisite. I missed something in the cottage and after asking the question it was brought very quickly, I would definitely recommend the cottage.

We had an amazing stay in Ormos. The apartment was so super clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was sparkling clean and organized from the dishware to the small appliances. The beds, pillows, and linens were of good quality and comfortable. Our host was welcoming in her messages, and the snack basket and bottled water in the fridge were a nice touch. We loved the location that was walkable to many restaurants and the grocery store steps away. We also had a car rental and visited different beaches and other sites. I will recommend this Airbnb to family and friends.

This home is a little slice of heaven. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs around the world and this has been one of our best experiences. Katerina was so warm and friendly and met us at the property to show us around when we arrived. She provided us with many recommendations and gave us her guide to the island which was great! Full of islander favourites and advice. Once we settled in it just felt like home. We’d been on the road for several weeks and were quite tired so just staying at home, lounging on the hammocks and in the beautiful extensive gardens was just what we needed. It was close to everything but still felt very secluded and peaceful. There were several beautiful beaches near-by, both organised and wild. And several good restaurants too. Thank you Katerina and your family for a wonderful stay in your family home. It was perfect!

Evangelia's vacation home is a gem, decorated with a lot of taste in the typical Greek colors. It is very well equipped with everything you need. Everything is neat and you sleep in freshly washed sheets. From the terrace you have a beautiful view. Sleeping with the sound of the sea in the background. Go down the stairs and enjoy a swim in the sea. A shop across the street. Just a little too far to walk to the town but easily accessible by car (5min), plenty of parking. Another plus is the private parking space. Due to the stairs on the terrace, it is less suitable for small children. Evangelia is very hospitable and provides a treat. We will definitely come back!

Georgia’s place in Kokkarri was by far the best holiday experience we’ve had. She is the greatest host in paradise, can’t recommend her highly enough!!

Although it was small, it was a convenient, tidy and clean place. Although Kokkari was a little far from the center and the beaches, it was within walking distance. We didn't feel the need to rent a car. It was also nice that the mains water was drinkable. We had a lovely week. I would consider going again. I would also recommend it to those who will.
